I also attended the New Year's Eve event, but I thought it was great. The food was good and plentiful. What made the evening such a success was the event staff. They obviously really put in a lot of prep time and were very helpful . I'm glad I went. My only negative about the event is that I'm a spot bowler and they had darkened the lanes so much you couldn't see the arrows, at least that's my excuse.

New Years Eve bowling was a 1st here in the Villages 2024.
Fantastic experience……!!!
Our facility hostess did a Wonderful job of making it Festive.
Food at the buffet was continually being brought out hot.
Party favors and props were the bomb to bring in the New Year.
Thank you to the alley for such a special evening with friends doing what we enjoy…Bowling!!!

The man who works in the morning with brown hair was absolutely horrendous to deal with. I spoke with him by phone he told me to come in to bowl when I got there he was extremely rude and told me I couldn’t bowl and used many sarcastic statements in our short time speaking. He was unprofessional and dishonest at best.

What a great time! Joy at the counter was helpful and sweet!
Fam had fun and when in the Villages check this place out!
P.S do not use google maps since will not lead you to the correct place. Better to be old fashion and call them. 🤗

This place is really nice, better than Bowlero in Spanish Springs! There were no mechanical problems like we had at the other alley. Tommy Kress in the store was very friendly and he was willing to watch me bowl a few times to see which ball I need to buy. They refunded our money for the weird tasting soda and my wife got a free watermelon drink for our trouble. The cashier also was very nice. We will be back!

Had 2 birthday girls there. Nice ally service was really good too. I bought a package deal. This ally has no arcade though. But everything else was a hit my littles

Very dissapointed with the new years eve bowling experience we had last night. When we arrived and were assigned our lanes the walk area on the lane next to us had trash and a very large puddle which my daughter walked in while wearing her bowling shoes. After alerting the person at the desk and getting new she's for her we tried to settle into bowling. The lane 29 was the adult lane. We are league bowlers and have played at fiesta bowl several times so we have been there when none of what I'm about to say happened. First it was our adult heavy balls were not coming back. I called they fixed but it kept happening. It happened 4 times in all where we were standing around waiting. When I complained because we were on a two hour timer I was told first to just throw another ball down to possibly move the balks around. Sorry but I'd like to use the nearly two hundred dollar ball I bought at your proshop thanks. Then it was our balls were too oily and that was the reason. They even gave us a dish towel. Never hey let us get you moved since you paid alot for a nice new years eve experience... then finally after I had mentioned a pin stuck down there on my original call they found it down there and wow now all the balls were coming back. Gaslighting your patrons and blaming their balls instead of actually working on the issue is really wrong. Next it was the pin setter we started having pins missing, the correct pins not being set or pins falling after being set like one falling from the equipment above. All the while a running joke of must be from the oil too began. I never mentioned the pins and we just dealt with it because honestly we didn't expect anything from who we were talking to at this point. No offer to add time or compensate us for over twenty minutes unable to bowl. We spend a good amount of time and money at these lanes and really felt let down last night.

We love coming here once a month however the bartender is very unprofessional or she was having a bad day!! Went in the bar for a refill on a soda after spending $18.00 for a large fry and a soda, she rudely asked me to take the lid off then served
Me brown water. I said to her I think the Pepsi is out she rudely looked at me then I asked her if she had Dr Pepper she said yes I asked her if I can have a refill of Dr Pepper she then rudely asked me again to take the lid off! Crazy horrible customer service maybe that’s why you have no business in your bar!! The point is she didn’t care.
