This place is a rip off. I made a bet from the kiosk mailed my winning ticket back in and never received my money back . Do;Not bet with this place they are a rip off.No phone # The Phoenix Suns sports center where this is located, says there’s no way they can help and have no phone number for them just try and get anywhere with customer support. There is none you’re talking to a computer. rip off rip off rip off. FanDuel you are crooks

NO!!!! Husband and I (both in our mid 60’s) were in town from Florida. Went inside to sit down for a cold drink. It was 2:20 in the afternoon. We were approached at the door by not one but two security guards asking us to provide phones, keys, my handbag and walk through a metal detector. THEN….we were told to provide ID’s. I did not drive so did not have my wallet with me. They promptly told us that if I couldn’t provide an ID, we couldn’t come in. What an absolute joke. I assume that this establishment believes that they are worthy of ridiculous obsessive rules for their patrons. Apparently the owner thinks that his sports bar is so wonderful that he needs to pay two security guards at 2:20 in the afternoon. We lived in Phx for nearly 40 years and to have had this maddening experience has disgusted me beyond words. We were MORE than happy to take our money to another venue. Wish Google would offer negative stars in rating.

The website is great but I need to talk with a person 24/7 and that's why I gave three stars cuz I can never get a hold of anybody even requesting a call back would be nice I want to make clear everything else is fine with FanDuel It's a just can't talk to a person and that is really what I need I would have spent a lot more money of course I have money so don't spend the money I don't have but I give a lot more business if I could talk to somebody thank you You guys are great otherwise it's just getting hold of a person thank you

This place is terrible to gamble in, last night with the boxing fights we came in and placed a bet. Ones fights were over we were told they had cancel everyone's bets, everyone came out of the fights to find out winners were not getting payed !

Such a joke! Came in here during the baseball playoffs waiting downtown for the Diamondbacks Dodgers game to start and they freaking have hockey on the main screen. I asked at least five people to change it and they won’t because they said it’s the second game of the hockey season. It’s the freaking baseball playoffs! Maybe they should hire people who actually watch sports to work there! How are you like?

Not at all female friendly. Their “advice” is to bring a man with you as you will not be allowed to carry pepper spray or any other means of protection to pick up your funds.

If you bring pepper spray and keep in a close location they will find it and throw it away.

They will do more to find/get rid of your pepper spray than they do anyone whom harasses you.
