HORRIBLE DOCTORS!!
They just brush you off and take your hard earned money!
Long story short, I wanted to get my ears checked. I was told I qualified for some plan where I just pay the $20 check in fee & everything else is free of charge. They ended up billing me through mail & I payed over $80 for an ear-hearing test that didn’t even take more than 5 minutes. I told them I still couldn’t hear & asked if I could get a deep clean; the doctor said I didn’t need it because my ears were perfectly clean. So, I did more research online & went to Walmart to get earwax removal liquid & tools. A Few days later I got little-big chunks of semi-hard ear wax out of my ears. Never again.

By far the worst place to go. The last 3 scheduled appointments I have had, I ended up waiting 2 hours for two of them and 3 1/2 hours for another. If you have a scheduled appointment, there should be absolutely no reason to wait this long. They need to stop over scheduling people. It’s gotten completely out of hand.

I just had my right side molar extraction Location N. Hockett st Porterville Ca. DR Petr Kadera was amazing from beginning to end! I’ve never met a Dr/Dentist so attentive and caring my entire life. I’ve seen quite a few Drs throughout my life. When I tell
you he made me feel so comfortable and safe. He described everything he was going to do and more what I might feel, the good the bad and worst case scenario’s. Dr Petr kept checking if I was ok constantly. I mean this man is amazing and if we had more Drs like him we all be a little less scared to go!

The PA I have seen is amazing (Dr. Fong). Unfortunately the fact that I show up early, as requested, for all my appointments and then have to wait 30...45...60 minutes after my scheduled time to be seen while others who walk in after me are seen immediately is very frustrating. If I had another choice I would not come here.

My daughter went and had the worst experience with the Dr she's only 18 years old it was her first visit with out me going..but she said it was very hard to understand him he told her to do a at home covid test and then said something about allergies and walked out and left the door open so after a while she left...

The dentist screwed me over big time. I went in for extreme tooth pain. My seizure meds mess up my teeth. Anyhow, I didnt have dental insurance at the time and im low income. I asked them to check and see if I qualify for their sliding scale (financial assistance) they took my check stubs and did the math and said I DID qualify and they quoted me a certain price for the work. I paid that exact amount just to be billed for full amount. Called billing and they said. "It looks like the lady that signed you up did it wrong" so that's my fault? I continued to get bills and I ignored them until I got to the bottom of things but I was told I would be sent to collections if I didnt pay.......still, This is not my fault and so unprofessional. I would suggest NOT to do dental Work here. Also when I went into office personally to dispute this the lady kept ignoring the situation and explaining my bill. I KNOW WHAT THE BILL WAS SAYING. Oh and now I have infected unfinished teeth.

This health care office is kept clean inside and outside. Workers are helpful. Mostly I don't have to wait forever to see provider , and she always listens . She will be leaving for a new job and will be missed

This place is the worst when it comes to pregnant women !!! I’m on my third pregnancy and had to switch over to the family healthcare network because the old office ( aria community health ) I was going to for my last pregnancy didn’t have any OBGYN’s when I needed to start seeing one so I followed my obgyn to family health carE network. And let me tell you that was the worst decision ever …… over at aria community health it was all about the pregnant women there and it was only for pregnant women and the staff was so nice and I always got a call the day b4 my appt to remind me and I got a lot of free stuff like diapers a belly band a breast pump and a baby sling threw out my pregnancy AND HERE AT FAMILY HEALTH CARE NETWORK THEY DO NOT PRIORITIZE PREGNANT WOMEN you are sitting in a waiting room with sick individuals and homeless individuals that come in off the streets to use their restrooms to clean up in and they just allow it and I don’t get any reminder calls about my appointments they have called to reschedule multiple of my appointments I am now in my third trimester and I have only had one ultrasound done and my significant other wasn’t even allowed in the ultrasound room with me and they didn’t even give me good ultrasound pictures it’s just been a over all horrible experience there at family health care network and this is my last pregnancy and it just sucks that this is what I’m experiencing threw out it .
