Prices at this Ace Hardware are really high. They gouge us here in our little town. We bought plumbing supplies and then saw the same supplies at Home Depot for 30-40 percent lower. I finally got a $10 Ace reward coupon and used it to buy an item that I unfortunately had to return. I asked if I could use the reward coupon toward another item and, after making me wait through 2 different managers, I was told no. They said I already used my reward coupon. Um, no I didn't, you got your product back and I didn't get my reward. Thats it, I will drive to Home Depot or Lowes to save money and be treated better. STOP your price gouging here in Fallbrook. Whoever bought the store a few years back is taking advantage of us.

My wife called in this morning to inquire about Christmas Trees. The lady who answered the phone could not have been more helpful......I apologize for forgetting her name. We told her we would immediately come up to take a look at the variety and found a gentleman to the right of the lumber yard who spent a considerable amount of time with us making sure we got the perfect tree. I then went in to pay for the tree and the same very kind lady who spoke with my wife on the phone was the cashier t the front desk. I told her we have always appreciated the service we have received at this particular store and would write a review.......which I seldom do. Thanks again to the helpful, hardware folks at Fallbrook Ace Hardware.

Friendly people but very uncompetitive pricing. I do not expect an Amazon but in some cases a 40% difference from even a HD or Lowes. It is a last resort place for me. Sorry as mentioned very nice people so not their fault....

Pretty much the only place in Fallbrook to purchase anything toolwise or home improvement wise. There's always room for improvement but the stores pretty well stocked with o room to spare

Came in for a drywall repair kit, walked the store once and couldn’t figure out where it was, got distracted in one aisle, and luckily Mark came up and asked if I needed help, he walked me over to the drywall repair aisle and helped me find the best solution for the best price, which I really appreciated. Joan at check out was super sweet too. signed me up for the reward program and explained it very well. great experience.

Basically Fallbrooks version of Home Depot or Lowes, our local hardware store. Everytime I've been there the staff are known for being very helpful and friendly, they know their stuff. Prices have always been surprisingly reasonable for a smaller local store, and good selection.

Considerably more expensive than the box box hardware store. I guess you pay for the convenience. Have a decent selection and helpful employees. I miss when it was Joe's.
