The best place to go! Sonny and Colby were incredible from start to finish. They quickly diagnosed the possible issues with my PC and explained everything in detail so I knew exactly what was going on. They wasted no time finding the parts I needed online and kept me updated throughout the process. The turnaround was way faster than I expected, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. My PC is running like brand new! I’m beyond glad I found them—great service, affordable prices, and honest communication. First time trying a local tech store, but was definitely blown away by the outstanding service and hospitality from the staff. Not only were they completely dedicated to fixing/upgrading my computer. They were completely transparent about pricing and possible tips to ensure my computer ran at peak proficiency. What i enjoyed the most however, was the eagerness to keep me in the loop. They showed me exactly what they were going to do to my computer, asked if certain avenues were okay to follow (like if i wanted to restart on my hard drive or keep it with the current format), and then only proceeded after permission was granted. Really goes to show that they are passionate about what they do!

Also i must mention, they totally went above and beyond and worked overtime just to make sure they kept their promise of completing it within the day. People were not kidding when they said they had super fair pricing. Cause i fully believe i got my moneys worth. Thank you so much guys. Computer works perfectly.

While on the search for a 5000 series card, I called multiple locations- some I got laughed at, some just scoffed, but when I called FM they were empathetic and willing to put us on a waiting list when they heard from distributors. While I managed to get lucky elsewhere, when I needed help for a little more complex rig not only were they willing they were completely transparent, honest, and affordable. I'm glad to have known these folks and I will be coming here for my future needs!

Incredibly excellent service! Came in with my issue of my MSI laptop having a broken cover, they were able to explain in great detail what issues it had(among other things). Once I got the parts for it, they were able to fix it same day and didn’t even cost too much! Highly recommended coming here first for any services you need on computers!

Very trustable and cooperative guys, went here twice to have my windows&drivers updated and to diagnose&fix a problem I had with my computer freezing, coply found the problem within a day and had it fixed within 2, only charging 30 bucks for the whole process.
