Not open without an appointment. Their website does not say this. You will find a note on the door if you can get security to let you in. Don’t bother!

We love it in Kissimmee. We've done a great deal of our vacationing there. It's usually at least 10 of us. Of all ages from 5 to 62. And we all have a great time for 1 or 2 weeks. We're never bored,something for everyone to do.

The City- Beautiful.

Magical Memories Villas-A Tourist Nightmare.
Villa at Seven Dwarfs bldg 5-101 was badly kept. 2061 Lodi Circle,

Nothing Magical about our stay. From day 1 to day 7
Broken toilet, plugged bathtub, plugged kitchen sink which caused the dishwasher to back up. Trash compactor had to be replaced. These items mentioned above were repaired after days of calling. As we left the villa very early in the mornings we had to spend time from the parks calling the office to place our complaints.

Queen bed sunk in middle and was very uncomfortable, sofa bed lining ripped and sunk and was very uncomfortable. Washing machine never worked and wasn't plugged to socket when we checked in. Someone came to plug it in but it never worked. We realized why... Magical Memories knew it wasn't working when they assigned the villa to us. We ran out of clothes. Mgmt washed for us the day before we checked. For one day 9 people wore dirty clothes..incl 4 kids. We had to buy some clothes. Over 3 days of complaints Fri Aug 5 to Sun Aug 7, the Staff assured us that the Manager Tiffany would be told of the problem upon her return on Monday and to expect a call from her. No one called. On Tues Aug 9, we visited the office and spoke to the Mgr Tiffany, she said she was not aware of our calls and issues. (really?)We spent a lot of time complaining about broken stuff. How cone they replaced the broken trash compactor and couldn't replace the washing machine. They kept saying that authorization was needed from the owner however they couldn't reach the owner over 5 days. We complained on Friday Aug 5 and checked out on Aug 10.

By the way: While we were checking out another couple was complaining about bed bugs. They had 3 kids who were bitten and hadn't slept for 2 nights.
