Absolutely amazing experience
From the food to the service, everything was top tier. I had the quesadillas, beignets, fries, chicken strips, and mac and cheese and every single bite was delicious. The service was outstanding. Before I could even finish my Sprite, a fresh one was already brought to me without even having to ask. The seats were super comfortable and the movie quality was A1. I think I found my new go to spot for movies. I’ll definitely be back.

Yes, we enjoyed the experience, but we had to wait a long time for someone to assist us at the laser tag and bumper cars, which caused us to lose time on the cards. Also, the staff forgot our order of chips, and we had to wait for that as well.

However, my son had a great time with his friends, and the host was always kind. Everything is clean and the food is good.

AMAZING!!! This place has it all I definitely recommend everyone in the Dallas Fort Worth metropolitan to check out this incredible place. If you’re looking for some to relax while your kids have fun this is the perfect place for it. Evo Entertainment has bowling, video arcade, zip lining, movie theater, food and the most important a bar. Plus so many different shops all around the area for the wife to shop.

Very, very good experience throughout. Started with a movie and ordered some food and popcorn. Endless popcorn, beverages and Icees are a big plus here. You can enjoy other activities and still refill what you need. The theater seating is top tier. Seats are recliners and are also heated!! Great atmosphere! The bowling lanes are great as well, seating is comfortable. They only have 12 lanes but we didn’t have a problem ( pre-reserved). The arcade area had a decent amount of games to play spread out!

No complaints or concerns. Will definitely head out that way again, soon.

The staff on today (4/4/2025) have been so welcoming and accommodating. This is our 2nd time here and we have loved both times. But today i felt like they really went above and beyond to accommodate us and we are grateful for the service!

We enjoyed two movies at EVO when in town. One dine-in service and one without. Both times theater was clean and quiet (we went during day before it got crowded.)
Food was good, sound and picture were great. Staff was friendly and attentive. Seats were comfortable and I enjoyed that they were heated.

Went in yesterday around 2pm. A few things were closed, such as the bumper cars, rock climbing and the rope course. When we went to check out the bowling, the guy at the counter said his system was down but we should be able to get in another hour -- so went to grab drinks and appetizers. As we passed by the bar, I greeted the bartender and he flat out ignored me and turned away. We decided to sit at a high top to only be inconvenienced by the scan code thing. It's all automatic and there are no signs other than a QR code on the table. We were a little confused by this. Anyway, we ordered food from three separate phones and the food was brought out with no plates and three measly thin napkins. I ordered a bottomless sweet tea and had to go to the movie theater counter where the cashier seemed very inconvenienced by refilling my $6.50 (tax) sweet tea. An hour later we went back to the bowling area where the guy THEN told us we had to reserve online. Excuse me? Why didn't you tell us that to begin with. The next time slot wasn't available until 9:30pm. We left. As a person who manages people, there are some serious issues with your staff and the way this place is managed. I completely blame this on management. Your employees do not seem happy and your business has no personality with customers (very transactional). Before I left I went to the restroom and the first three stalls I walked into were horrid. This place is a disappointment at best; and we were very excited to check this place out. But tell me how on a Saturday afternoon most of your things are closed, your staff is not enthusiastic and you make it super inconvenient for your customers without even signage about how to order (don't assume customers know, because you know the statement here)?
