Baylee was great! She made the whole experience super easy and quick! She’s very personable and easy to get along with. I’ve had a different specialist each time but she stood out to me in particular. She does a great job and works hard.

I’m very satisfied with services at European Wax Center in Citrus Heights. Everyone is friendly & professional. I see Natalia for my services. She is warm & a delight to talk to during the procedure. She’s very skilled and quick, minimizing discomfort (particularly with Brazilian!) and has an impeccable attention to detail, ensuring I’m not finding missed patches after my appointment. I 100% recommend her and this location.

I've been going to this location for eyebrows and Brazilians for several years. I've never had a bad experience with any of the Wax Specialists. However, my most recent visit was with Abigail, and I plan to work with her for my future visits. She gave me a consultation before doing any work to make sure she clarified what I wanted and was very detailed and meticulous in her work. Best wax I've had. Thank you, Abigail!

I've gone to this location a few times & everyone is nice. I recently did a Brazilian with Abi and it was a great experience! I always get nervous, expecting the worse pain but she made my wax quick and painless. Will definitely go back to her!

I love going to European wax center for my waxing.Their wax is the best.I'm also a professional in the field.And I've been waxing for 38 years.And I will tell you they have the best wax ever. I also have been going to a fabulous person her name is Maddie. Maddie is very professional.She knows what she's doing and she's very quick.So that means it doesn't hurt as much.
To pull the wax off in those very delicate areas. i have gone to the broadstone location in the past for many years. And now, for the past 5 years, I've been going to the sunrise location at quail point. Both locations are fabulous but Maddie is the best!
