Pulled in and turned around then left. I spent less than 5 minutes there total. I will say this, they have what looks like a cool little park that's fenced for the kids and the place looked clean like the people who live there at least have respect for the place they live. Out of the handful of trailer trash parks in the area its probably one of the better kept and cleaner parks.

I have lived here for a year and a half and I have been very happy here. The owners have been cleaning up the property and getting rid of the undesirable tenants. There are still some improvements that need to be done. Better lighting and better control over the trash bins.I have been here since December 2017 and the park was getting better until January 2020 when it was purchased by new owners
The new manager is lazy and very seldom leaves the office to do anything. I am on the PG&E care program but the park was not giving me my discount. I called Weights and Measures and finally got my discount. Now Weights and Measures are looking into the manager not reading the meters each month to calculate the amount of electricity I use.

Managers are aggressive and abusive to residents of color and single women. It's a nice park, but lots of trash and people who don't clean up after their pets. There are good pet owners, who do clean up, but there are also no signs stating that pet waste removal is a must. Residents are awesome and helful, unlike the managers. The managers are known for making up rules on the spot as well as not knowing their own. Horrible managers, very immature and rude. Need new ones desperately, then it would be a 5 star place

Its a trailer park, and has trailer park problems. I will give it one thing though. Since its fenced off from the surrounding area we dont get the transient traffic or as much drama. But, you can still hear\see all tthe ghetto drama going on in the surrounding neighborhood. Bonus- there's a minimart up the street, minus- it attracts a lot of addicts
From what I understand, this place used to be a lot worse, and our new manager is pretty cool.
Update- new manager is really cool and does a great job of keeping the place looking nice.

It is where I Live!?!?! Ok?
It's ok, I guess I heard after moving here, that this place was a bit dingyy. With unacceptable people hanging out. It's very quiet since I have been here. ('Bout a year), Seems Cool. I couldn't think of a less expensive way to get past this VIRUS QUARENTIENE! It came a a good time.... and nobody's even hit me up for a joint or nothing! hahaha... It is a very comfortable place right now. Though I heard we have new management. Hopefully, all stays calm.

Poor management! Gave us the run-around for over a week then claimed a misdemeanor offense on my record was the reason we were not approved! The real reason we were not acceptable is because of a disability! Don't bother wasting your time with this park!

Clean, well-maintained grounds, friendly and helpful management, and quite affordable. You'd be hard-pressed to find a better value in accommodations. An enthusiastic 5 stars.

Too much restrictions; overkill. Use to have a lot of drug trafficking. Restrooms and showers have been closed to residents. Self-contained is a requirement. Nothing outside of your R.V. other than vehicle and bicycle.
