Love my desk I bought from these guys. I got my desk a while ago and they still gave me replacement parts quite a time after purchase. Real upstanding company here. Big shout out to the customer service team! Highly recommend 10/10

I ordered the Aero Pro Wing Shaped Standing Desk (63"x23"), Mobile Height Adjustable CPU Cart, Pull-out Keyboard Tray, and Knob-operated Adjustable CPU Holder. I was pleasantly surprised when the product arrived. It was professionally packed and each part arrived in tact. The assembly instructions were easy to follow for the desk (took a couple of hours to assemble). Additionally, I ran into issues when attaching the keyboard tray to the desk. The assembly instructions were not clear regarding the attachment to the specific version of my desk. After reaching out to customer support, Ching was very responsive and helpful in solving my issues. He replied to my email within one business day with a helpful guide video. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and cannot say enough great things about Eureka's products and team.

In the course of my business I work with many different brands of commercial and residential furniture. I just completed assembly and installation a Eureka Wing Electric Standing Desk for a client and I was very pleasantly surprised at how well it went together. What really impressed me was how well the electric desk height feature performed. The movement was very smooth and the motors were absolutely silent. I highly recommend these desks for those that need one that's well built and performs well.

I ordered a gaming chair, received it in timely fashion and in great condition. It was very simple to assemble and very comfortable. The only problem was an issues with the backrest/lumbar that was supposed to move up/down and lock in various positions. Unfortunately there was a defect in the locking mechanism so when you slide it up, it slams back down.
I talked with their customer service team and they were very helpful, no solution fixed the problem. They were quick to get back to me and sent me a shipping label and had shipping company come and pick the box up after I repackaged it the way it came to me. Once they confirmed the box was picked up, they issued a refund back to my card. They assured me they were going to make improvements to their quality control!

I bought a Eureka Ergonomics pull out keyboard tray via Amazon.es. After several months the material on the wrist rest became rough and pitted. I reached out to the company and was contacted by Andres who helped to secure a replacement. We did have some moments when things went wrong along the way, a faulty replacement and I had to pay custom charges, (which have since been repaid in full), but I'm happy to say, it has all been completed to my satisfaction. A big thanks to Andres who was always professional and a big credit to the company.

Happy with the purchase

Cannot be happier with the gaming chair. It’s way more comfortable than my old chair. Having sat in it for long sessions, I feel my lumbar is well supported. There were a few small scratches , but hardly noticeable. Still worth every penny I’ve paid.
