Let me start with I love Ethan Allen furniture! Having said that, if I ever need to purchase additional furniture I won’t be giving my time to the Oxnard store. The designer we worked with had a great design aesthetic. She listened carefully and put together a beautiful room! However, working with her after that was pretty stressful and she became rude and irritated and non responsive. We worked with another designer for another room who gave the vibe that I was an interruption to her day. I will never work with that design team again and I encourage those reading this review to stay clear of that design studio as it is one of the most unwelcoming businesses I have had to deal with. The furniture is beautiful but the customer experience is a one star rating at this store.

My wife and I worked with Nancy Caldwell to design and furnish much of our new home. She is a wonderful designer who helped us think outside the box. She visited our home twice; no small feat since we live over 90 miles from the Ethan Allen store. She specifically wanted to be here when the curtains and window coverings were being installed to make sure the job was done correctly. She definitely put in a lot of effort and has gone out of her way to help us make our home beautiful within our budget. We would recommend Nancy to anyone.

We love shopping at Ethan Allen, particularly with Janet Eaton at the Oxnard location. The level of design service and customer support alone makes it worth stopping there. You can customize their furniture and almost any way that suits you. Even the delivery people are extremely professional and do a great job assembling when necessary and never causing any problems or damage. I would recommend them to anyone who wants high-quality furniture, made exactly to their desires and needs. Again, the design support is invaluable and will make sure that everything you buy goes together and makes your house look put together and comfortable.

I have been a customer of Ethan Allen for quite a while now. The staff has always been very helpful. I have been very pleased with the pieces I have purchased. I did have one issue with a piece of mine but Janet Eaton went over & beyond by providing excellent customer service! She handled all dealings with the manufacturing plant to get things corrected and taken care of. Janet made an otherwise frustrating experience pleasant.

Ethan Allen furniture very sturdy and well-made furniture. Jill Tannehill-Shaw is my interior designer has been for over 15 years. She is amazing and has gone above and beyond. Customer service, polite and knowledgeable. I have had so many compliments.
