I used Espresa service to redeem 4 different gift cards. They told me there would be a couple days of a delay so I was happy to wait, a couple days has now turned into 21 days for me waiting on my gift cards. I’ve tried to get in touch with customer service, however their phone lines are currently down, and I’ve tried to get in touch with someone through email support who told me they would do it manually, however it’s been a week since and still no dice.

I got a request from my favorite support person, Alex to come tell Google what I think. I oblige! I've been a client of Espresa's for the last two years. We started with ERGs and then recently added LSAs and challenges. They have a wicked-awesome development schedule. We've been able to get features added, like visual analytics. The language and currency support made our global rollout next-level. Cheers to the Espresa team, and especially my bro, Alex!

Provide customer service number and email but there is no option to actually connect to anyone, just voicemail.
