I’ve been here twice on guest passes while passing through. I only have had great experiences both times. Everyone is very welcoming. The machines were all functioning. I also met the GM Jamal Hill. He was extremely kind and helpful in guiding me through some guided exercises ensuring I was maximizing the efficacy of my workout ! I will definitely be going back when I’m in the area. Thanks again to the team at esporta fitness for a pleasant experience.

When this place was LA fitness it was maintained incredibly well however is changing over to the new theme many of the equipment items are "scheduled for service".

I love this place!! it's a clean friendly atmosphere where you can really get a good workout on well maintained equipment. The only drawback I have is their hours...I get off late on Fridays and Saturdays and they close early this days.... this gym would be a absolute home run if they stayed open till 10 all week.

Multiple representatives lie everytime you talk with them. Fake deals/ rates. Only real benefit is multiple locations.

Nice gym esthetically. The layout is not as efficient as it could be but it's nice.
I just wish there was a cheaper membership option for those who can go only 3-4 times a week or less.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen and that’s coming from someone with fast food experience. Went to cancel my membership and the lady at the desk had a horrible attitude. Jamal is the only employee who seems to actually care about their job, and is the only good quality about the place. The gym is usually disgusting and the hours are very inconvenient for anyone with a busy schedule. Esporta honestly makes planet fitness seem like a top notch gym. I was a member for over a year and it is one of the biggest financial regrets I have. I would not recommend this gym to anyone interested in fitness no matter the experience level. I just switched to club4and it is a night and day comparison. I wish I switched much sooner.

Honestly, it's a very nice, clean gym. They have everything you need and then some. I'm only docking the stars because the lady who works the front desk isn't great (I signed up online and wasn't sure how to check-in my first day there so I stood waiting to ask her what I needed to do. She was on the phone, so I understand not being able to speak, but she didn't even acknowledge me. After a few minutes, I noticed she must've been on hold or something because she hadn't said a word and yet I still didn't get even a 'I'll be with you in just a minute." I finally watched a few people check-in and figured it out on my own.) I really don't expect much from people these days, but as the first person everyone sees I expect at least a smile.
