My family and I were in Scottsdale for a quick trip at the beginning of October and had some free time. We love escape rooms, so we looked some up and stumbled across Escape the Room AZ. We booked the Jurassic Escape room and absolutely loved it. It was challenging, but we were able to get out with time to spare and without needing very many clues. I will definitely come back the next time we are in Arizona!

We had the best time! A great family night out and Kai did an awesome job getting us going and making sure we had a great time! We did the agency room and it was challenging and interesting and we had to all for hints a few times. We’ll for sure be back.

We decided to try this escape room location based on reviews and some of the photos. We’d recently tried a different company and were unimpressed with the way the aesthetics was designed so we were on the prowl for something new.
We did the western bank heist just the two of us.
The room didn’t disappoint in the way of decor. It felt like you were actually there and there was a lot of care and consideration placed into the design. It was cool.
However. I found that it didn’t have a lot of puzzles (I love lots of puzzles) and it was actually very difficult. It turns out the rooms one of the easier ones they offer but our guide told us that their rooms run more difficult than typical escape rooms & they usually recommend more than two players.
We got hints throughout or we wouldn’t have been able to complete the room.
We had ten mins left on the clock and finished it out.
I did find the price was a bit expensive, but this is in comparison to our home country. It seems to be consistent comparatively to other escape room locations and companies.
I’d definitely recommend this company for an escape room. It was well done!

It was really fun experience for my boyfriend and me! We did the Jurassic one and Kai was great at helping us when we needed. Kai always gave us efficient clues that still left room for us to solve the mystery. Super fun!

I enjoyed my first escape room experience. We did the bank heist and it was challenging, but fun. Dylan was great about explaining what to expect and giving clues when we needed them. I'd go back when I was in town again.

We came and did the submarine 2, in was a very interesting one, but more importantly Kai was our interactive guide, and he was very good at checking in with us, making sure the experience was going well, giving just the right clues we needed to keep the game interesting and not giving it away, 5 star rating experience!

My mom, my friend and myself went and had a blast! The submarine room was awesome and really well done we failed but were literally so close to finishing, Joe helped us with hints and stuff and was super friendly the whole time! Would go back! 🙂

Devan is so nice and very helpful when groups need it. She seems to be very on top of things and is super welcoming to guests coming into the place. The rooms are also super fun and get your brain to think. I highly recommend the old western bank heist. It’s perfectly fitting for being in Old Town Scottsdale and super fun for groups of all ages.
