Came here on a whim and it did not disappoint!! We did Dead man’s cove which is a pirate themed escape room and it was really cool!! The rooms truly do match to the theme and it wasn’t difficult at all…except for one part only. The game master Lee was amazing and did a great job at explaining everything to us! They were so nice! 🙂 We will definitely come back to try the Cabin part 1 & 2!!!

Giving it 5 stars because we had a blast. The room was solvable and the props were decent. Not at all rundown like other escape rooms I've tried.

What really made it stand out was the super friendly staff. That made all the difference. They're very strict about no phones for photos or videos, not even to use as a flashlight! 📱🚫✨

Me and my boyfriend did 2 rooms back to back. We haven't been to this venue yet. Really nice staff (Leia) who arranged everything. She even arranged it so that we could start a little earlier since we arrived early. We especially liked the Dead Mans Cove, it was well organized and the puzzles made sense and the whole room had a good vibe to it. Second one we did was Call of the Ancient. It was good. We've done a lot of Escape rooms, and Dead Mans Cove would be one of our favorites so far. We will be coming back for more next time we're in Austin!

Went here for a team outing and we had a fantastic time! We chose the crypt room and got about 80% of the way through. And Tyler was great! We had a lot of people who’ve never been to an escape room before, and he made sure everyone felt comfortable participating and getting into the game. 10/10 would recommend!

I’ve been here twice now and have had the absolute BEST time. We went for a friend’s birthday and did Cabin pt 1.

From the get go, the employees were in character, fully immersing you into the story. 10/10 for the commitment!

Then the room, FANTASTIC. Probably one of my top 5 I’ve been to (out of over 100 rooms). The puzzles were great, and just continued to tickle the imagination all throughout!

We found out after playing that this is a family owned business which is just the cherry on top. Love a good local business!

If you’re on the fence, I cannot implore you enough to just book it! Do it! The McKays need your help!!!

I've only done a few escape rooms in my adult years, but this was the best I've done yet! We did the Crypt and not only were the puzzles engaging and just complicated enough, we also loved the rooms and ambiance! It was a lot of fun to crawl and climb and the kid who got "locked in" for a private puzzle thought it was the best thing ever.

Huge shout out to our game master, Kai - she was not only just-the-right-amount of helpful, she also was very fun and the teens loved interacting with her!

my favorite escape room place in austin!! we just finished the cabin and the actor inside was AMAZING 🙂 our game master, Leah, stayed in character the entire time and had great banter with us! i was honestly really scared but the whole experience was so fun and the puzzles were great! the hints were super helpful and honestly we might’ve failed without them lol. we hope to come back again!!

The most immersive and elaborate escape room I have ever participated in. Staff was excellent, Percy was awesome and in character the whole time. The horror option was scary but super fun! Can’t wait to solve another mystery there!
