Great gym, I was greeted with big smiles from Emily and Jay at the front desk this morning.
Everyone here is super welcoming so I’m sad to see some disappointing reviews because it’s honestly such a great place. I guess you get what you would expect coming around peak time just like any other local gym but so far I haven’t had to wait for a single machine when I come and there is so much space. At the end of the day this gym does offer top of the line equipment and wonderful amenities so it’s no surprise that they’d get slammed. Other than that I’ve had nothing but a great experience so far.. I’m not sure if people just simply aren't asking the right questions or aren’t reading things correctly because everything seems pretty simple and straightforward. I’m willing to give this place a chance since it’s fairly new.
I guess my only hope is that there will be some yoga classes soon!! 5 stars!! Truly so much potential here!!

A wonderful experience with Hilary, the assistant manager. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the company and explained everything thoroughly. Her friendly and cooperative attitude made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Hilary patiently answered all my questions and cleared up any doubts I had as a new client. She went above and beyond by walking me through the different membership options in great detail. I truly appreciated her professionalism and dedication, which motivated me to become a member. Hilary absolutely deserves 5 stars for her excellent service!

This gym is soooooooo nice!! All updated equipment. Lots of different options. There are so many additional features. High technology treadmills. Lots of space. Even though it was pretty busy when we went, you don't feel like you're running into people. I hope they build more. 🙏

I never do reviews but the miscommunication and organization sucks at this location. Signed up before the gym opened a week prior and was told I wouldnt get charged until a month from now, gym opened up and I got charged instantly my membership fee plus the yearly dues which was never discussed and I ended up getting charged overdraft fees and their team had no resolution and said sorry they told you the wrong information awesome and there’s nothing they can do on their end. One month later I forgot to switch bank cards bc I closed down my account and they charged me two late fees even though I signed up with my fiance together and the manager said there’s nothing she can do because linked accounts didn’t start till after they opened. Never heard of that before customer service is terrible.

Justin provided amazing customer service really great guy! The gym itself is fantastic, with great equipment, but it’s already getting crowded, making it difficult to get a workout in. They should add more ice machines for recovery because four isn’t enough; every time we try to use one, there’s a line. Given the number of people signing up, the gym would have benefited from being two floors to accommodate everyone better.

I have mixed reviews for this gym. I signed up before they were open, so I did not get a tour. These issues happened over 4 visits. I could not get a tour my 1st visit because everyone was busy. I was having an issue with the electronic machine and when I asked for help no one came to help. I made an appointment with a personal trainer but when I showed up they said no one works here with that name. So, I made another appointment. Showed up waited 15 minutes and then asked where PT was and she said he was called away by another trainer. I waited another 10 minutes asked different employee and he said the trainer was not there and called out sick, what!!! I made another appointment. One time the leg compression boots got stuck in my legs and I asked another member to get me some help AGAIN, no one showed up. I still do not know how all the equipment works. If you know how the gym equipment works and have NO questions you will be fine. They want me to refer people. At this point that would be a big fat NO because I do not want them to go through what I went through.

The gym is clean and never busy.

Btw my membership is 9.99 and they are charging 15.00 for a fee? That means for them to process your payment they charge you 150% of your membership value. Avoid signing up here if you can it’s packed they try and suck you in with all these amenities and benefits, while modern and cool the gimmick is clearly what your not paying for in amenities you’re paying for with “service fees” and don’t try to ask the staff because they won’t take any consideration of the fee; and if you think I’m the only one I caught another guy walking out talking with the staff about it too,

It’s inherently misleading to advertise a cheap membership but then penalize your customers who are clearly willing to pay with a 15.00 fee.

I am so excited for this new gym opening in our area. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The machines are all current and up-to-date. I’ve been a member of numerous gyms and this is by far a great experience. The prices are so reasonable. You won’t be disappointed. I highly recommend EOS fitness!
