They don’t test their used games and don’t have a problem selling a busted game. I gave a game as a gift and didn’t get a chance to test it, was told by the person the gift was
for that it didn’t work. Once I received the game back two months had passed and I tested it myself and sure enough it didn’t work. I realize that they can’t do a cash refund but they should at least offer store credit or something. There was no remorse or apology offered for selling a bad game or any kind of remedy to the situation offered. Do not shop here, if I could give it zero stars I would, this place is an absolute rip off!

Amazing experience, wish we had one in Albuquerque. It is like a reincarnated Hastings entertainment, this is a gem of the community to have, I will support them every time I pass through town. Great record and book selection. Everyone please support this place by buying and leaving a 5 star review, we need physical media to thrive and survive and stores like this are a gem to the community.

This store is an interesting mix of a big box Video Entertainment place in a bargain book store. It still has the feel of the old Hastings but of course doesn't have quite the brand named luster. They do seem to have a wide range of those playing cards for the kids. They've also seem to have one of the largest selections of used game cartridges for the Switch console. One very cool feature is that you can pick up a bag of mystery Bargain Books for $10. We ended up with about 12 books and 8 or so of them looked interesting.

Books, music, comics, manga, cards, figures videogames, and more. If it's nerdy then entertainmart has it. Though they have a lot of different product their selection doesn't dive too deep into anything niche, and I wouldn't say there were any great deals. Overall though there's a ton of great stuff at reasonable prices. If you need anything for your collection definitely check it out!
