We had my son’s birthday party here and it was a huge success. Their communication ahead of time was very clear. Their decorations were amazing. They were happy to help with anything we needed, and the kids had a great time. I would definitely return here again for another party.

We recently celebrated my son's 3rd birthday at Enchanted in Elk Grove, and it was an amazing experience! The indoor playground is perfect for young children, with a variety of fun and safe equipment that kept the kids entertained for hours.

The small room we booked for the celebration was just right for our group. It was clean, well-decorated, and provided a cozy space for us to gather, eat, and enjoy the party. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring everything ran smoothly.

I shared photos of the event with friends and family, and everyone was impressed by how nice the venue looked. The kids had a blast, and the adults appreciated the relaxed atmosphere. Overall, it was a wonderful place to celebrate a special occasion. Highly recommend Enchanted for anyone looking for a fun and stress-free party venue!

As a mom of a 1 year old and 3 year old, Enchanted is THAT special place we needed in our lives! This indoor playground is safe, clean, has the most helpful staff and is the perfect solution for active play when we can’t be outside. My daughter LOVES the princess appearances and I love that they offer photography sessions that capture every moment of my growing babies. We just had my son’s first birthday there and they took the load off entirely .. I was actually able to play with my kids during the party. From collaborating with me on decor and the special things I specifically wanted to cutting and boxing our cake to-go for our guests … it was the best day hosted by Enchanted.

I’m going to start by saying I’ve actually had a membership on and off since they have opened. We love it, my kids love it. However, the last few times I went, they establishment had a guest/friend of the managers/owners there who’s kid is always terrorizing other kids for the toys they want. The first few times I thought my daughter wasn’t sharing but he would constantly hit her, scratch her, push her and pull her hair. The last time I went, he literally went out of his way to hurt her even when she was playing by herself. The parent did nothing every single time but this time I spoke up and she just said her son was only a toddler. That doesn’t give him the excuse to hit my child or any one else because he can’t have his way. I didn’t bother complaining to management that day because I was so over it. I’ve seen this guest many times just hanging out with the managers or staff while her kid attacks other kids. And they don’t seem to care.
I didn’t get to use the remaining visits on my membership, I was so turned off by that last visit. I am hoping by the time we decide to come back, this won’t be another recurring issue.

My kids and I got the chance to come check out Enchanted and it was awesome. My son is almost 5 and my daughter is almost 1. Was nice to have a space where both kids can play. Very clean, lots of fun things for kids to do. They do parties! And have a coffee bar. Which ever parent needs! Friendly and staff and great service. Highly recommend! We will be returning weekly!

Hands-down the best indoor playground I've taken my daughter to! My two and a half year old daughter spent nearly three hours here and she would not have left if I didn't make her leave haha

Enchanted Elk Grove has maximized the space in such a beautiful and effective way. They have a spacious soft area for infants; a kitchen area with produce, shopping carts, bags, etc; play houses with picnic tables attached to them; toddler bike/motorcycle toys; and a jungle gym for climbing, sliding, and jumping. There is such a variety of things to do for infants and toddlers, yet it doesn't seem chaotic or too messy. I think this place is best for kids ages 0-7. Maybe up to 10 years old max.

One of the things that stood out to me was how CLEAN this indoor playground was. I saw the co-owner, Carrie, spraying the slides and cleaning up toys on the ground while kids were playing this morning. She made sure to clean when the kids were not occupying the area which was nice. I loved seeing that as I rarely see employees cleaning and actually spraying things. She was working hard and I appreciated it. The bathrooms and diaper changing table inside were also clean.

It was so nicely air-conditioned in here too. I will definitely have my daughter's next birthday party here. They have competitive birthday party packages and a variety of themes.

The employees were so nice and personable too. Price for admission was great.

We came on a Monday morning and they had Zumbini from 10:30am-11:15am in the infant soft play area (it was optional and did not cost extra money). It was so fun and my daughter loved it! The instructor was great and had a variety of props for the littles to use during their dance moves (sticks, drum sets, and scarves). I thought that was so fun and unique.

Lastly, they have a complimentary coffee bar for parents, which includes creamer, sugar, etc on the side. I had the coffee black and it tasted great! Everything was perfection here at Enchanted Elk Grove!

My 2 year old loves this place. I love this place. What I don't love are the parents that take their kids with snot running down their nose and sneezing/coughing everywhere! There's more than one sign asking us parents to stay away if our child is sick. I paid for a membership last Monday and I haven't been able to take her because my daughter got sick (no, she's not in daycare) which got me sick. We will return once our symptoms are gone because I'm a responsible and considerate adult. Parents, do better!

As for the staff, ya'll are great!! Thank you for always making sure there is coffee, for constantly cleaning, and for your warm welcome when we walk in through the door! Looking forward to seeing you guys sooner rather than later ❤

We have such a wonderful time celebrating my daughter’s birthday. The kids had fun! The playground is sanitized, it’s very clean! 🙂 and Thanks to Britney for making my preparation so much easier. This is the only indoor playground amongst the ones we’ve inquired for a birthday party, that is flexible with time extensions and outdoor food vendor. And the rates are way cheaper than the rest as well 🤗
