I have done a lot of personal development over the last 22 years and this is by far the most powerful and effective practice I have done. Jamar has a very unique gift in how he facilitates these retreats making it very safe and easy to do. The breath is the easiest softest way I have done thus far to pull up and heal the things that need to come up and all I had to do was take the next breath! Just amazing. I look forward to many more opportunities to do this Emergence Breath work in the future. I love it so much that I am holding a vision to be able to facilitate myself to show others what it is possible and enhance my own journey with it.

This amazing place I can call my home now. I began to attend on the regular basis here since April of 2023 for the weekly Emergence Breath sessions and after the incredible life changing experiences I took a Super Powers weekend workshop, Radical Sabbatical week and today I’ve completed a week of training to become a certified Emergence Breath Facilitator. 🙏💫❤️

Such a cliche on here but I am going to say it anyway.....there aren't enough stars to describe the experience. Emergence Breath submersion defies all explanation and words due to its very nature. A soul and spirit expanding adventure one must embark on to appreciate and even start to understand. Rest assured that if you do so dare such inner exploration you will be guided by wise, empathic and magnificently sparkly human beings. The crystal shop was beautiful and I could feel the elevated energy. I also had an amazing experience with the emergence breathing. Jamar and his staff did a great job making sure everyone was informed and comfortable during the breathing session. I highly recommend giving this place a visit!
