I was looking for an electric motorcycle from Zero Motorcycles for a month and a half. I found Elk Grove Power Sports online. I bought a Zero bike from them with a cheap next-day delivery price which was awesome. All of the staff; Al, Brittany, Nick, and the manager were friendly, informative, and communicative with me. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience purchasing my first motorcycle!

I had been looking for a bike for a few months now and all dealerships were either out of stock or wouldn’t respond. I finally found my bike but the only problem is that it was 2 hours away. GK and staff helped me do everything online and get it delivered just days later. The staff has been so friendly and helpful. I am in love with this bike and EG Power Sports has a customer for life. They went above and beyond. For reference ladies, I am 5’4 and 140lbs.

The sales team provided a great “out the door” price but gave varying motorcycle delivery fees ($150-$250) during our interactions. I did experience a rude and disrespectful interaction with finance. However, the manager reached out and helped address the issue.

This was hands down the best motorcycle buying experience I’ve had after buying new at least 3+ times.
I was looking for the CFmoto Papio which wasn’t available in my area so I had to drive up here to purchase. I did the little web form on the site to be contacted and the sales manager GK reached out over phone. A cool thing about this dealer is they will text you so you can keep in touch if you aren’t able to take a call during work etc. Anyways GK was super cool when I called him back I asked for an out the door price and he gave it without any hassle at all.

In my area(Salinas/Monterey) all the Moto dealers are scandalous and force you to come into the place before they give you any numbers or prices/quotes with their setup fees and freight etc. This was refreshing as I basically didn’t want to deal with places like that anymore. Anyways GK was very friendly on the phone and we came to an agreement on the out the door price and he texted me the sales order so I could see the price breakdown. This business is very transparent which I really appreciated since other dealers near me acted really shady about pricing. Most of the business side of it was done over text which made everything super easy.

On pickup day I drove from the Monterey area to Elk Grove in a pickup truck and I signed all the papers for financing and etc and was in and out in under 30ish minutes. Brittany from the finance team was really nice and made that part of it easy/efficient as well.

The team here even helped load it onto my rental truck which was super cool. I also needed some oil filters and GK coordinated that with the parts office while I waited. After I just paid for the parts and was on my way.

Overall very friendly staff here and I would totally drive out of my way to buy any new bikes from this dealer. They made it easy every step of the way.

Let's start with this is a beautiful dealership and Huge!! Okay, so I came into Elk Grove power sports to look and inquire about an Aprilia RSV4 and I must say the service here is absolutely outstanding. I dealt with AL and Joe and they were just outstanding every step of the way, not pushy, very knowledgeable. And there was another gentleman unfortunately I didn't catch his name he knew all about the performance side of the shop. Just all around great experience thank you guys for being great employees and more importantly great people.

The people here are just fantastic from Hector who is now retired to Ryan to Brittany to Trevor just fantastic people all around they treat you with love and respect and like family here. I honestly cannot recommend them enough they make purchasing painless but the after purchase support is what makes the deal even sweeter. Honestly you're not getting any younger you might as well bite the bullet and come over here and buy something to ignite the spark inside.

Pre ordered Aprilia RS660 from them. Process was easy and i could do it with couple of text messages only. Jim Nau was very helpful with the process. I’ll post more pictures and update after my order comes in. So far they have very good customer service. 👍👍👍
Update: They were very fast on getting my bike delivered. Instead of estimated time of 3 months i got it with in a month. Everyone there were super nice and friendly.
Service Update:even though my bike was there for service for two months, service manager Tim H was very helpful, he did everything to help me and get my bike fixed asap. Much appreciated. 🙏
Had issue with my bike and dropped there for service. Aria was super nice and helpful throughout the service. My bike was there for a while but she kept me updating on everything small details.
