Very friendly and helpful. Greeter is always welcoming and store is very clean and organized. Sales ppl always helpful in answering my many questions. Wish you had a shop in D.P. Great product, with the exception of Jeff session pens. Never get past 1st couple usages because of clogging.

I visited the 7th element a couple of weeks ago. Just to see what was in there. I found out you need to have an ID to go in, then you go in the other little room and they have all their products I didn't know there was so many products that could be imagined. Anyway the people are very and knowledgeable of their products. So have a Happy Day. 🤓👍🏼

Very friendly service with a "no-pressure" sales attitude. Great selection, but slightly disappointed with the lack of individually-wrapped gummies. I'm still giving this place 5 stars though. Appreciate the veterans' 15% discount as well.

Always a great experience when I go...today was black Friday and Mayte was my budtender she was excellent and recommended the best products with the best deals. She is very knowledgeable about each product and has great customer service...she immediately acknowledged me when I walked in and assured me she would be with me soon... always smiling and has a good personality...great asset for your company.

I've come in a couple of times and both times were a great experience. The employees at reception were very welcoming and pleasant. The budtenders are very knowledgeable of their products and make great recommendations. The store is esthetically very pleasing. They carry a nice selection and have pretty good prices. I highly recommend Element 7 in Firebaugh!
