My computer was on it's last leg after 10 years and in desperate need of some TLC, oops... I mean ICU. I called Shawn and asked for an appointment ASAP. I was ready to get everything boxed up when he told me that his business was mobile and that he could schedule me for the next day...Yippee! He arrived and made several attempts to tell me what he was going to do (in one ear and out the other). He worked independently without me having to stand over him. He changed out my SSD card in my HP desktop all-in-one. He cleaned things up to make my computer run faster. I liked that he offered a few recommendations before leaving and his price for his services was "5 big stars" reasonable! I'm going to tell everyone I know about TechICU!

Shawn showed up, and replaced the PSU in two computers easily and quite handily. Switching from a non modular to a modular PSU for two computers in under an hour is quite a feat. You cannot go wrong hiring him.

Okay so I have had the great privilege of being assisted with my Mac book pro by one of the most brilliant young men I have had the pleasure of meeting in my long software career.

While I am a chef I am also a software engineer and have been such along side my cooking for more than 25 years.

This young man was hands down an expert and at 18 yrs old to be so accomplished is nothing short of remarkable!

Not only did he take my Mac book pro from being a paper weight to a Mac again he upgraded everything and made it even better and for a lot less than the Apple store would require.

Hands down this is my goto tech guy from now on. If you need anything technical or mechanical fixed with your PC, Shawn Is your guy. Give him a call you won't be disappointed.

The owner helped me build this gaming desktop years ago when still in grade school. It still runs like a champ, even though it's now many years old. He build it stand the test of time. My CPU hardly ever jumps over 10% with 30 browser tabs open and multiple other programs running. She just hums along quietly mining crypto on the GPU in the background.
