They didn’t give me my PS5 back, they gave me a dirty damaged one. Confirmed when I turned it on and see stranger’s names. Meaning someone else has my PS5 with my personal information and payment methods- all at risk now. Wow what an unprofessional response.

Was my saving grace, being able to have my screen replaced within the same day for a very reasonable price was amazing! Might not be able to be same day for every repair, but I lucked out that my part was in stock. This guy is professional and polite, highly recommend using this place for your device repair needs!

Willing to go beyond customer service support to make sure you are comfortable with the products and repair. Bought a OTT TV Box that was not working properly and they returned it without any issues, making sure the new one was "take home" ready by setting it up before I left the store. Just had my ps5 fixed, owner is awesome. Customer service 5 stars, communication 5 stars, quality of work 5 stars, price 10 stars, prompt fixed in 3 hours. I have found my forever electronics repair guy. Will be spreading the word as much as I can.

Todd always fixes my devices for 3 years since i been knowing him and he has great prices, i very much recommend. And he also is putting a glass protector on my phone too for very cheap. Go see my boy , He's The Best Electronic Repairer i know!!!!!

I wanted to give this guy a chance! He fixed my Grandsons game about a year ago. Of course he took his time but he got it done! Took my Grandsons game to him a week ago and he told me he would have it done in two days, ok cool! Go in two days, he tried to turn it on and it still wouldn’t connect and it wasn’t fixed. So, for three days he kept saying he was going to fix it, he’s super busy! Still trying to give him a chance, I told him I would be there the weekend! He called Saturday saying he knew what it was and would have it done by Monday! Go pick up my Grandsons game, still not fixed “because he didn’t have time” and now it’s not even turning on! Took my Grandsons game to a more reputable repair shop and they informed us that this guy burned out the mother board! So the game is ruined! Guess that’s why he threw it back together the way he did! Nice guy but won’t ever do business with him again, very disappointed! Trying to find a legal way to fix this
