Sent in my Ddr, after 1.5 months, I called they still hadn't touched it. At the 2 month mark, I called again, they said it was dead and sent it back without parts I sent it in with, because they said I didn't need them. After requesting the parts they took off my game, they sent them back, and I found a local guy who fixed it in 2 hours and made it operational again. Waisted 2 months and shipping costs.

John at Eldorado games was great to work with. I had a Tron that decided to stop working, and after doing everything I could to troubleshoot/fix the boards, I finally gave in and decided to try Eldorado games since they repair Tron boards. John was able to troubleshoot and get my issue fixed. Boards arrived yesterday and I put them back into the Tron and life is good again. Highly recommend using them if you need a board repaired.
