The move in process was a breeze ! This is my first ever apartment & Kimberley made sure to stay in touch and explained every step of the move in process with me so we were always on the same page. If you are looking for a modern and well kept community this is the one for you! Thank you again Kimberley for everything and thank you Elan Palm for welcoming me with open arms !!

Moved in about a week ago and all in all, it's a great place to live so far. Hands down some of the best customer service I've received in South Florida so far that's for sure.

Here's the pros and cons I'd say.

1) Everything is brand new and nothing to be fixed
2) Its really quiet despite being near bust roads
3) Mark, the leasing agent is a rare find in south florida. He always answers your call and takes care of everything immediately
4) Pool and gym amentities are beautiful
5) Nice having a trash valet come to your door
6) gym is open 24 hrs

Downsides...

1) They use an overly strict screening app so tiny things like a credit dispute, traffic ticket, brand new or self employment could make it incredibly difficult or impossible for you to get approved no matter how spotless your rental record.

2) Greystar installed the most basic of amentities so very old school dishwasher, stove/oven, and washer dryer. Basic mirrors in bathrooms etc. And no lighting in 2nd bedroom.

3) Wifi speed is average and is included in your rent so you can't get something better

4) The really gorgeous amentities are only open during office hours you can't really enjoy them much.

Id say its 1000 times better than most of the big apartments around here, especially in this price range. Best of all, it's new and quiet!

If you had any doubts about where to live, look no further, the service here is quite literally a breeze. The employees in the leasing office are friendly and courteous. They’re always willing to help and resolve any and all questions that may arise. The staff is also very friendly and respectful when seen in passing. When came to the leasing office we arrived towards the end of business hours and Kim accommodated us and was very welcoming and honest.

Seldom does the visual and the experience match or exceed expectations. However, Elan Palm Reserve is that rare one as the professional and friendly team equals the beautiful and well planned apartment homes, where you don’t want to leave and you can’t wait to come home. Whether it is to enjoy the heated pool with ledge chaise loungers, or exercise in the spacious 24 hr fitness room or grill out or play on the gaming lawn, among the amenities, the choices are ample. Erin, Kimberly, Austin and Mark made it as easy as possible and answered the many questions patiently. (Special thanks to Kimberly for the tours and extra time). Maya Angelou said, “they’ll remember how you made them feel”. The team made me feel welcome and Elan Palm Reserve makes me feel that I am home.

From start to finish my move in experience with Mark was fabulous. The process was quick and smooth. I’ve been here at Elan a little over 2 weeks now and I can’t say enough about the positive experience I’m having so far. It is actually resort style living at its best!

Office staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. I love my new home- so far a very peaceful community. Love the key fobs for getting in and out of apartment and floor. The gym is spaced out and the equipment is of high quality 🙂

I'm currently in the move-in process, & the experience so far has been amazing!! The staff-- Erin, Kimberly, Marc, & Austin-- truly work together as a team. They all have been incredibly welcoming & helpful, making this process seamless & stress free. The community is beautifully designed & well thought out, giving it a resort-like vibe. Six months check in: Six months in, and I can confidently say that Elan Palm Reserve has truly become my home away from home. As a frequent traveler and someone who moves often for work, I’ve had my fair share of experiences with new residences, but this one continues to stand out in the best way possible.
The modern amenities I initially admired are not just functional, they’ve become a seamless part of my daily routine. Whether it’s the well-maintained gym, the inviting pool area, or the pet-friendly spaces, everything feels thoughtfully designed to enhance the resident experience.
The staff deserves another shout-out; they’re not just friendly; they genuinely care. Any questions or minor maintenance requests have been handled quickly and professionally, which makes all the difference in creating a stress-free living environment.
The sense of community here is also growing beautifully. It’s been amazing to watch the property flourish as construction wraps up and more neighbors move in. The resort-like vibe hasn’t faded, it’s only gotten better with time, and I continue to feel like I’m living in true luxury.
