El Ranchito Taco Shop is hands down the best taco shop chain around! The East Hemet location never disappoints—I've moved out of state, but my family and I still make sure to visit whenever we can. What stands out the most is how many of the same friendly staff members have been there for years; they truly know your family and make every visit feel special. The food is unbeatable—some of the best Mexican food you’ll ever have, and the salsa bar is a game-changer! Whether you're craving tacos, burritos, or anything else, it’s always fresh, flavorful, and made with care. El Ranchito is a must-visit for anyone looking for top-notch Mexican food!

This place is the Bomb.com. This is my favorite place for mexican food. I highly recommend this taco shop to any other one in the valley...even if it's the same franchise. They must have better cooks or something but this is the place to go. The waitresses are always nice. Place always clean. Absolutely no complaints.

TASTY LOCAL TREAT! There’s a bunch of El Ranchito’s scattered across Hemet and the Inland Empire now but this one has always been a local favorite! Shia LaBeouf even stopped here. I’m a fan of this taco shop as the food is pretty reliable and yummy. I’m a major fan of the breakfast burritos here (order the classic!). they’re the undisputed winners of the valley when it comes to breakfast burritos. You can get all kinds of Mexican dishes here, enchiladas, tacos, flautas, chilaquiles etc. There’s something for everyone and you can come in a small group or by yourself. I usually find the place to be on the quieter side, however it can get busy! Don’t worry the staff is super efficient and quick! The line catches up to you in a flash. All the staff are super nice here, they bring your food out to you quickly and with a smile!

Our overall experience was, "At least I'm not hungry anymore." The fish in our fish tacos were over cooked glorified fish sticks, potato taco had no seasoning, the nachos were alright, but we're expecting food similar to the Ranchito's on the West side of town which is amazing. Sadly, we were disappointed. Not all Ranchitos are created equal.

The tacos shrunk but the price didn't. Honestly I'd rather you raise the price than shrink the tacos. I've been eating here for years and it's delicious but we notice when the portions get way smaller. If you need to raise prices most of us understand. .

First time here. I didn’t think much of the place as I pulled up. Kind of hidden inside the plaza. As soon as you walk in you feel the “Mexican” vibe with all the colors and set up. I came on Taco Tuesday so I got 2 Tacos for $3.99. I got 2 Carnitas and 2 Asada.
They came with 2 moist good looking tortillas per taco, a lot of meat and cilantro and onion dashed over them. I plashed some lime on it and doused it with my favorite sauce (they have plenty of choices) and devoured them.

They were Delicious! I was very impressed with how moist and full of meat they were.

I recommend for added flavor to add some cheese and some avocado.
I will be coming back for more!

I’m also a stickler when it comes to restroom cleanliness. It says a lot about a business. And they also get a 5-Star for that!
