I signed up for a trial kids class(11yrs old) , let me tell you . It's worth it ! The coachs are knowledgeable & detailed . The students are smart and respectful. If your looking to learn and receive a good workout , this is your place ! This is an all age and size sport . From 6-99yrs. Don't feel like you won't fit in because you will . It's asset to the community! Go build some positive structure and discipline.
