Went to ER on a Sunday morning. Check in was fast and easy, the doctor was very good explaining things, total time between arrival and departure was about an hour. I guess we were lucky it wasn’t that busy. Visit was due to a very standard respiratory disease so consultation and treatment was very standard. Plenty of parking lot, and facilities are in good shape. Overall good service on this visit.

We have had a very good experience here in the emergency room. Arrived at 11:00 pm with my 4 year old son who had strong ear pain and the process here was fluent and friendly. We left the hospital already 2 hours later although the waiting room was pretty full. Thank you very much!

This was easily the worst hospital/ER experience I’ve ever had. The ER waiting room was extremely unsanitary as they had a homeless person who had open bleeding wounds undressed, they were only given tissues to gather blood and they ended up dropping and leaving them all over the floor and hospital staff completely disregarded it until another patient in the waiting room had to tell staff to clean it up. This ER is also extremely understaffed as visibly showing multiple staff members including the Doctor and said during my visit. The hospital staff themselves were kind however the Doctor I saw was explaining everything in medical terms with no explanation following which wasn’t super helpful as I’m not a Doctor. I had to ask multiple questions to just grasp what he was explaining. I ended up leaving with more questions than answers. During my discharge the nurse didn’t even realize who had done what, or what was done while I was there we had to ask/ explain to get the correct discharge paperwork. Overall I would never recommend this hospital to anyone who is experiencing an emergency.

The hospital was full of patients coughing, vomiting and suffering with similar symptoms. The doctors were able to attend my needs and were calm and very professional. They took great care of me and made me feel special. I’m very grateful to the doctors and nurses.

This Emergency room. Is running like a low income clinic. No urgency no bedside manner. I came into town with food poisoning and it's uncomfortable being treated in a lobby area. Worst hospital ever. Doesn't deserve a star at all. After I saw the Dr. And said I would get labs done, that didn't happen until 2 hrs later. I came in at 6:44am and walked out at 10.

Worst experience after a car accident. Was left in a wheelchair with pain outside. The nurse after 3 hours was trying to discharge me without even talking to the doctor, I explain I haven’t even get my scans results and she kept on trying to tell me that everything was on the paper. I ask to see the doctor and nurses got mad. Was push outside again and left there until a doctor showed up.

An excellent medical center with highly skilled staff who are always patient, polite, and professional when one is seeking treatment. I was able to be seen and discharged in just over an hour when I entered the emergency room on a busy Saturday morning Thank you!
