If I could give this place zero stars I would. My parents have lived here for three years. And in that three years my dad has gotten cancer and I had to leave my place to come stay with my parents to help with my dad's cancer appointments and the HOA is constantly harassing my dad about me being here. They were even threatened with being kicked out if I didn't leave. Gave the manager a note from his Dr stating that I am to take my dad to his appointments and help him with after care. I can say some not all of the people here are friendly. My dad's neighbor can't seem to mind his own business. He has also tried to fist fight my dad over my dad playing his radio. Then on top of that my dad gets a new list of rules that if they catch you breaking it's an automatic 100$ fine. I'm not saying rules are bad but when someone else is trying to tell you how, and what you can do in your home or on the property that my parents are buying that crosses a line. To anyone who reads this if you are considering moving here. DON'T!! There are absolutely no good views of anything and there's a bunch of kids breaking into houses, stealing golf carts, breaking into garages, a security team that harasses you all the way to your house even though they have seen you multiple times and you've told them where you live, and they even follow you to your house. There is one nice security guy that's it. People smoking and drinking in the pool area even when it's posted that you can't do that yet the HOA is on my dad about me being here. So yeah I wouldn't move here. Currently looking for a new place for my parents.

We have lived here almost a year and my Aunt lived here for 19 years. This community is well kept and everyone is really friendly. Low cost living in a safe area. Absolutely breath taking views. We couldn't be happier.

Don't know what Ron Stanley shops here for = must be on wrong site. 🙂 New here and absolutely love my little village. A new experience for me for manufactured home living and find it is perfect for this stage of my life. Very well maintained, people couldn't be friendlier and more helpful, and so many activities you may join. We could not have found a more fantastic Office Manager than Crystal Kellum who has to handle more than she should have to, but does it so well.

The staff are so polite and helpful in the clubhouse by the pool and tennis courts I believe her name was crystal was so hospitable as I was an employee working for a client that lives there not only are the clients and residents amazing so is the cleanliness superb mobile home Park I recommend it I lived in one in canyon lake and this one would compare

Several trailers and manufactured homes which was well kept. The speed limit was less than about 20 mph wih most ovserving same. Individuals were polite and friendly.

Very nice place. Just becareful moving in because joel she camre happy and tells on everything and very nosey.
