BEST Mom & Pop pool shop with some of the BEST customer service we have ever experienced with years of experience and knowledge! A family-owned business that truly cares about its customers! We are fairly new to billiards and just bought a table, but we needed some pool cues along with a few other items. They had a great selection of cues, and the prices were very competitive. You can purchase pool tables from them, get your table re-felted, get your pool ques fixed.... you name it, they got it! These days it's hard to find mom and pop business' with people who truly have a love and talent for what they bring to the community! We will definitely be back and will be suggesting them to our friends & family!

Eastern Billiards installed a 9ft Brunswick with Andy 988 Cloth and reduced the pockets to 4 1/2 in. The rails are perfect. The pockets and felt are clean a s tight throughout! Table runs sooo smooth! Gary's meticulous attention to detail is truly a work of art! I was unsure of what set of balls to purchase so they suggested the Aramith Duramith balls, truly Belgian made and they're beautiful! Pictures don't do them justice but you can definitely feel the superior quality in hand versus any of the other sets/brands. Worth every penny! Thank you Gary and Ruth from Eastern Billiards!!

I ordered Eastern Billiards to move my new 8' pool table from a friends house to my house. The table was in 2nd floor, so the guys had to fully disassemble the table before even getting it to the truck. Once moved to my place, they set up a full workshop to get me the full overhaul - complete new railing, felt and table rebuilt, leveling,....
I had no idea what i was getting into. Expected 2-3 hours tops, ended up being 6 hours of continuous work.
Guys did everything and far beyond my expectations. The result is just incredible. Precision and craftsmanship you don't see every day. Worth every single penny. Recommend to everyone!
Now all is left is to visit their store and get some nice accessories and maybe new cue.....

The customer service was exceptional. Most places do not allow you to try the cues out to get the “feel” of a cue that works for you. Eastern Billiards does this and more. This place makes you feel at home, the staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products and how you use them. We purchased two cues and cases and could not be more pleased with our items. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 11/10. It’s worth the drive in Kissimmee traffic to visit this store. Do yourself a favor and check them out!!

My husband and I have always loved playing pool together. When we decided to buy a table to play at home, we made a poor choice to buy a used cheap one. It needed many repairs to be playable, and it wound up being a waste of time and money. After researching for better options, we visited Eastern Billiards. Gary and Ruth welcomed us and were happy to answer all of our questions. We were shown many options and they helped us pick out a table to fit our home, budget, and style. They even delivered and assembled it! We will definitely be returning since I saw some cues in the shop I really liked. I highly recommend supporting this local business!

I needed a pool cue tip fixed and was on the hunt to find some place that did repairs. the reviews were great so i decided to try them out. I called and Ruth answered, incredibly sweet over the phone! I learned they lost almost everything due to a fire and that they do repairs etc out of their home. I was skeptical at first because these days you can never be too careful but decided to give it a chance and i’m so thankful i did! i was there no longer then 20 minutes and Ruth and Gary were very knowledgeable and kind!! will be coming back and recommending them to friends! We had such a great experience at Eastern Billards! We just moved to the Central Florida area and our pool table was a mess. Ruth was in the store and helped us with everything we needed to get our pool game back on track. Gary and Chris came to our house and made sure our table was in tip top shape. They made sure it was level and assembled properly. They refelted our table and we love it. They had many colors to choose from. They also have a variety of cues and cue balls. We will make Eastern Billards our go to place for all our billard needs. If you need anything for your pool table or billiard room, you will not be disappointed
