I was searching for a place to repair my iPhone 7 Plus that had a shattered screen and LCD damage when I stumbled upon this hidden gem in Eagle Ridge Mall. They only charged $55 for the repair and $10 for a tempered glass screen protector. The competition wanted to charge me $80-$100! E-Cell City finished repairing my phone within 30 minutes! I am very pleased and I definitely recommend this business and will be returning if I have anymore issues. Before and After photos attached. Thanks guys!

My charge port broke and wouldn’t charge my phone at all. I went back to E-Cell City and they replaced my charge port for $45 and it only took an hour. It’s been going strong for about a month with no issues!

My Husband and I been doing business with Keith and his company E Cell City for over 5 years now, he is honest and has reliable phones in good to excellent condition, he has affordable 3rd party financing online and instore, and reasonable prices. He carries iPhone and Samsung, accessories, and even purchase tablet that had Wi-Fi sim card compatible! I've even seen him repairing Nintendo Switch for a customer, this man knows his stuff!

Over the 5 years period we've purchased 5 devices, and had one repaired. We've even brought customers to him as well that wasn't disappointed.

I have an LG V60. I bought an Ace Soft Battery online so he wouldn't have to order it and saved some time and is much cheaper than custom made order for an LG battery. At E Cell he will let you buy the part and you only have to pay for labor. The service was great and was done in under one hour. Also my battery door was already separated and I also saved $20 on the quote.

If I could give a zero I would. Do not bring your phone here. The company “repaired” an iPhone for me. They fixed the screen and failed to mention that they won’t fix internal damage. The back camera and flashlight didn’t work and when I called they said that they aren’t responsible for it. Mind you I paid $200.

They don’t use genuine Apple parts and it messes up your phone (you can see it in the settings). Once I brought it to Apple to get it RE-FIXED, they wouldn’t even touch the phone because it was “tampered” with a non-Apple part. Absolutely do not go here.
