Fantastic Business! I broke my work laptop screen and needed it repaired ASAP. I spoke to Boules, who I believe is the owner, as well as Alex, and they were upfront on the timeframe and possibility of not having the exact part in stock. I understood that and took my chance and drove from Floral City to have them look at it. Long story short, they had the correct screen on hand and fixed it in less than 20min. I also somehow purchased a backup computer from them since they have refurbished units and it was a quality HP for a good price with a warranty!!

Brought my desktop in to get some parts upgraded, and they took great care of it. They informed me that I brought the wrong part in, ordered the correct one, and got it all taken care of in a matter of days. Highly recommend paying them a visit for any computer needs!

Use caution in dealing with Computer Dynamics. Called them and asked if they worked on Mac laptops as my MacBook pro battery showed needed service. Called they said they could replace the battery. Took it to them and they ordered battery. After it came I took computer to them then later in the day they said it was ready but that the touch pad wasn't working . It was working and in fact used it to bring something up to show them before I left it with them. . But I use a mouse so not a bug deal. I Left.
Called later and they said it was ready. Went up again. Now get there and he tells me can't get the back cover on. Left. Called, it was ready. Got there. I asked to turn it on about my question on Word. Now the entire keyboard doesn't work. Left again. Next day they tell me research shows since it was a 2018 computer there is a chip T2 that was damaged because now Mac has it to stop 3 rd party repairs etc. so if you try something like change battery it would damage this chip. nothing can be done. My co.outer is now ruined. So now I am not only out a computer ( that I could have left plugged in to work around the battery until a new computer could get here,) but still had to pay for the new battery!!!! . I just don't understand why someone didn't check this out OR know this before working on the computer. If you say you work on Macs you should know or research before working on it. Their response is " So try about that". They ruined my computer. So now I am out a computer, have to buy a new computer and out the money for a battery. So upset and frustrated. ps: can't send it to Apple for repair as need it long before that could happen but the cost would likely be equivalent to a full logic board replacement, which can be quite expensive. Also Apple now refuses to repair because a third party did this . And can't buy a T 2 separately .So rather put the money to new computer ( told cost $500 up). So yes apple is being a pain but I could have continued to use the computer plugged in for battery until new computer arrives. But now I can't I was stupid I guess in believing a repair shop that says they repair Macs would know something or known to check. ....phoeey

First I brought my PC to be "cleaned up". When it was ready I brought in my laptop and had that cleaned up as well. Boules and Jim are very professional, and people friendly! Today I had an issue with Malwarebytes. The website did not provide a solution and the only way to contact them is thru email. I instead called Boules- and he helped me solve my problem immediately. I highly recommend Dynamic Computer Solutions!
