I love this location for 2 main reasons, 1st because it's quiet and spacious and 2nd the staff is SO friendly!

And the most important: the drinks (specially my frozen coffee) are made accurate and flavorful. 👍

This has to be the worst I've ever been the employees are the rudest I've ever been treated, they have an attitude as if they wanted to fight you, I don't know if it's me because I'm Latina, but they treat me really badly, especially Salem, who didn't know how to hand me a bag of food, they always give it to me wrong. I'm not saying they're all rude, but I've never felt as bad in my life as they made me feel, and only because they don't know how to listen. They need more customers service training

The crew was very friendly and helpful n man were they on the ball, I was there during the rush, but the wait was not bad at all, I was pretty well in n out. Ordered two sandwiches n two coffees 1 of which was very specific how they wanted it n the girl nailed it! Thank you!

Went through the drive through yesterday afternoon, took forever for a worker to take my husband and I's order, then took them almost 30 minutes to make our drinks. Seemed like the employees were more interested in talking than working

Lake Alfred Dunkin Donuts has to be the worst ever. We ordered a dozen donuts and they all tasted stale when I contacted manager just stated they made them fresh every morning. I'm telling you they were all hard and the manager didn't care. Service is always bad. We go to the one in Winter Haven service is always great and donuts taste fresh. And the Coffee has always tested good. Unlike Lake Alfred. I wish they woukd get rid of Dunkin and put something else there.

Hands down the worst Dunkin' I've been to. There was hair on our donuts. Our refreshers were made wrong. And the staff was rude. I didn't go to our regular Dunkin' due to it being my sons birthday and we were headed out of town. Next time I'll definitely drive the extra 10 mins to our awesome Dunkin'!

I just don’t understand. From when I would get light ice in my coffee (for 2 years) then all of a sudden my coffees are half full. Now 9/10 times Alyssa has a nasty attitude or tone about her. I just don’t get it. You chose to have this job. So smile. If you don’t like it then get a new one. You literally get paid to smile and give people coffee. But instead you ruin my morning most of the time now. I usually don’t complain but I’m over it.

Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting with feces smeared on and around the toilet and there were no paper towels. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant, medium coffee with three cream three Splenda, and the small hash brown. Order took around 8 minutes and was tossed carelessly onto the counter. Hash browns were smashed and completely loose in the bag. The croissant on the sandwich was burnt but the bacon egg and cheese were still cold. They put cream in the coffee but forgot the splenda. I would give this location zero stars if I could.
