Although this is not everyone's favorite place. (Taxes, etc.) They do a good job of trying to get you through the process as quickly as possible. My daughters have each received their driver's license here, and were treated well. We enjoy the politeness of folks in a small town. 😊

There were 12 customers ahead of me and I figured it'd be a while. Nope, I conducted my business and was out the door in less than 20 min. They lady that helped me was extremely nice and seemed to be very proficient at her job.

I've been doing business here since the mid 80's. Since this pandemic it has got to be a miserable experience. Take a number and wait as usual. They call numbers so low and fast that you can't hear them. Even watching the board, a number comes up and you have to watch closely all the assistants to see who calls. If you're not there in a second they've already moved to the next number and you're back to the end of the line. It used to be a friendly and helpful place. Now rude, and shuffle you around like prisoners.

Evrytime I go there if I get this one lady I better know everything because she won't help you at all. Went 3 weeks ago to tag my car. Because it was out of state she told me I had to have the title. I told her the lienholder had it and she said I had to contact them and get a copy. So I did. I went back today with the title and was told by another lady, who was pleasant enough that they had to request the title and what I did was not the way. So now I have another month wait to title my car. They need to fire that woman. If you have been there you know the one and I'm sure they do too.
