I come to Jupiter every year to my friends golf tournament and I am so glad that I found this place!!! I would rather come here than go to hard rock in Hollywood! The machines are mostly Fire Link and cashing it is almost guaranteed. At least I've never seen anyone walking out a loser

My keys were taken out of my purse. There are lots of shady characters standing around and sitting just staring at you. There is nothing to eat except potato chips and soda. Some machines have instructions in other languages. There isn't a phone number listed, you can not call for help or information. The chair seats are old and torn. The security guard was helpful and the staff also could not find my car/ house keys.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent interaction with one of your employees, who behaved in a very unprofessional manner. They made false accusations against me and raised their voice without cause.

I strongly urge you to review your security cameras and look into this matter. Based on what occurred, I believe I am owed an apology.

Ok, regardless of any other reviews you see, this is a great arcade. Some people do not understand how the games work and all of the ridiculous scams out there, but believe me - these people pay! I see people win very large sums of money very frequently ($$ thousands, several times daily) and they are paid immediately with no problems.

They have a good amount of Ultimate Fire Link slot machines in West Palm Beach, FL on Okeechobee Blvd just west of Military Trail and they have great promos every day. To start, you get $20 for $20 just for walking in the door and they have Mini, Minor, Major promos regularly.

There are big spenders that frequent here daily - the more money in, the more money out. So you can very realistically play for a very brief time and walk out with a lot of money - much more than you came in with!

The staff is nice and the drama is minimal, other than the excitement of winning or the possibility of winning a LOT! Their machines are always being played so they pay out a lot. I highly recommend going here if arcades are your thing or of you're looking for a fun night out! I come every day like many of their very satisfied customers - that should tell you enough about the place.

Spent $500 on a machine not 1 free spin won - went to another machine put in $100 won a free spin and paid out a minor at the time they were doing a promotion if you win any mini , minor or major they’ll give you a certain amount in free play voucher, the girl came to me and told me my machine is not one of the qualified machines for the promotion meanwhile , it was not written anywhere stating that. This place is horrible. I will never step foot there again. They’re a bunch of rip off ,and untrustworthy staff/businesses.

I love this place. The staff is so friendly and accommodating and I keep winning small amounts ... The other day I witnessed someone winning the jackpot a total of 14,300 that was exciting.

Have been going to this establishment for a while spending large sums of money, I win, I lose that's what happens in any gambling environment, but today was a real scary and untrustworthy experience for me. I was the winner of the mighty jackpot and there was a huge issue that arose after the owner and staff tried to lie and not give me my winnings. Instead of the winnings going on the machine it never did, so after a back and forth between the owner and staff, the young lady placed a voucher into the machine without saying anything and pressed the collect button handing me a "PLAYABLE ONLY" voucher which means I would have to play an amount that was over 1,000+ on the machines available which is not how the POLICY works. Once you win the jackpot of any progression it goes on your machine and you can cash out immediately. After 45 minutes of pleading my case and calling them out on their lies and fabrication, I was finally handed the money that I won and deserved. I have spent over 3,000 thousand dollars(in total) at this arcade, so to try and manipulate me and refuse to give me what I won fair and square is untrustworthy and unforgiving. I will never return here because this situation could have gone really bad over the staff and owner being dishonest, swindling, and corrupt. I would think twice before going here and wouldn't wish this on anyone. My nerves are in shambles since I left and I'm still in disbelief that if I did not defend myself then I wouldn't have gotten my winnings. I'm so grateful that there were witnesses as well because this shouldn't have even happened.
