This coworking location is amazing! They recently opened this location at the end of 2024, so it's brand new. The offices are very large, and the staff accommodate the necessary equipment for the office rooms. There are 3 conference rooms(10, 8 and 6 person) available to book for meetings. What I liked most about this place was how open the space is. So much open area to work at if you don't need your private office.
As we were looking for office spaces around town, this was my favorite one. Not only does the cost per office include your private space, but they also provide free conference room hours per month. Other benefits included are an outdoor area with benches and shade to work at, free designated garage parking for members, garage parking for guests, full kitchen with island, delicious coffee and tea, fruits, bagels and snacks. They also stock the fridge with drinks and were told that every now and then host happy hour..
Only good things to say about the space, that’s why I rated this place with 5 stars! I guess the only negative thing I can think of is that the restrooms are outside of the suite, just some steps away. But it’s worth it because that free’d up the space in the suite for the lobby, open work areas, etc.
Lastly, I want to give out a shoutout to Alyssa and Candace for being so accommodating. They were so delightful! Working at Downtown works (Mission Valley) has been such a joy. I had to leave the comfort of my home due to construction noise and start working in a shared workspace. Candace has been so helpful and accommodating and she keeps the vibe is spectacular. I feel focused and productive and it's really nice to see new faces and make new friends. I love it here! highly recommend.

Wonderful central location, plenty of private offices, full kitchen and a lovely outdoor space. The host is very friendly and knowledgeable. Plenty of parking too.
