Our trainer was 5 years experienced and amazing! I was so impressed she remembered all our names in the group of 9 our session had. 915am show was a little cold with a mild wind a sprinkle so id suggest an afternoon show. Other than that it was a lifetime experience to remember forever. My daughter was in awe and loved how “squishy” Maia was with her winter body. Indie was a sweet boy who looked into my soul. It was so cool to watch him watch me with one eye and the trainer with the other. After a good baby talk he cooed back to me. It was amazing! Worth every penny!

EXCEPTIONAL ADVENTURE!
What an amazing experience! From the booking process, to the actual event, entire staff provided exceptional customer service. The Dolphin Encounter was so much fun! Dolphins were adorable and full of cuteness. Katie and the other two ladies assisting with dolphins and taking pictures were so kind, and provided fun facts and plenty of interesting dolphin information. We made beautiful memories, and had unforgettable time. Pictures were included in the package and easy to download, therefore these memories will last a lifetime! Thank you to Katie and entire Team! I definitely recommend! A "must do" when in Key West area.

The kids had a great time doing the Dolphin Encounter! They really took the time to make them feel as comfortable as possible, and make sure that everyone had enough time with Indy, the dolphin. Than You soo much!! We recommended it 100%!!

This experience was one of a kind ! The trainers are so informative and patient. I used a Groupon and was able to do so many things with the dolphin during my encounter. It was a great experience and a lot of fun, a cherished memory!

By far our grandsons greatest experience of our week at Hawks Cay. They did a great job to allow everyone some one-on-one time with the dolphins. A wonderful experience for adults and children.
Only downside was that they offered a lot of customized memorabilia for the Dolphins you worked with. Maia products were ALL sold out so my grandsons were really disappointed that there was nothing to take home for their friends to see.

Beautiful area, enthusiastic trainers whom obviously love their dolphins, the sweetest & gentle dolphins. Love our experience! We did the 2 deep water swims. Both my 12 & 14 loved the 2 dolphin pull. Photos are great, love that they are included!

Dolphin connection was an amazing experience. The staff is super nice and very committed to create the best day for everyone around the dolphins! We purchased the royal swim for our son and we got exactly what we expected and more! Thank you for making my son smile during the entire experience and for the whole weekend! Definitely a must! We all loved it🐬❤️
