WARNING TO ALL DENTAL OFFICES!
I have worked with MANY offices and consulted on streamlined front office systems. So this comes from an experienced dental professional and not just an upset client. Do NOT be deceived that this is a good software for patient communications. It does not integrate with your practice management software well, you do not receive alerts when a patient communicates via text or email . Meaning, you have to constantly babysit the dotctible.com website and constantly refresh your page. In addition to less than helpful support for patient communication, the customer service is worse! Whether by email, chat, or phone you can expect your time to be wasted, I am talking HOURS of wasted time! I am currently sitting at almost 2 hours on hold to try can speak to someone after they prematurely canceled our account, because they are offended that we are not continuing services with them, when there are more intuitive and practice solutions options available. Check out Weave or Dental Intelligence and you will have a much better experience!

Don't go with Doctible unless you are 100% sure this is what you want --- because there is no easy way out!! Our dental office has been with Docitible for a few years now! We originally started with them for our Website and for the price - the website is just fine. It is nothing special at all but for the price point, we don't expect that! We eventually transitioned our communication systems to Doctibile and unfortunately we were misled about the compatibility with Eaglesoft. It was explained to us that the "digital forms" will "write into" the patients accounts and save directly in their accounts. Well yes, the forms do save in the patients chart but it does not write the information into the required fields; therefore, causing a lot of extra work for the front desk! There is no special alert or notice when a text from a patient comes through (a quick sound in the background which can easily be missed) so you are CONSTANTLY having to check Doctible website for messages which can easily be looked over. After 2 years, we are moving on to Weave due to the TRUE compatibility with Eaglesoft! This is where it gets really good: we actually want to continue our website with Doctible; however, our contract expires on May 15th and it is February 26th. I have been in communication with and have have spoken with an account manager twice in the past week and there is absolutely NO LENIENCY for getting out of their contract! I have asked if they could just knock off one month, maybe even just a half of a month, anything? Considering we wanted to remain in business with them for our website that is completely insulting… they will take you for all they can because you signed that contract! And I have heard this similar story with many others. It’s so unfortunate because now we will be forced to start looking for a new website management company as well!

I utilized this company services for a year and at the end of the year I called and canceled my service. They offered me two free months, which I told them was not necessary and then they billed me again two months later. They are refusing to refund me because “it’s not (their) policy”after beginning the billing cycle again. I discourage you from utilizing this company. Zero stars.

Utilized this service for our business. Competitors offer a more elite product so we decided to change. Despite calling to cancel, doctible continued to bill us for services that we didn’t access or receive. Customer service was a nightmare on all accounts, IT errors, updates, and ultimately cancelling. They had the opportunity to refund our money but are sticking with their scammy scummy business model. After reading many reviews it appears this is very on brand for them. Do your self a favor and skip this service provider unless you enjoy doing business with a company that has the morals of an allycat.
