I bag a lot of Discmania discs, love their Mystery Boxes and signature discs. However shipping to Canada gets a little expensive but they have done special arrangements in the past for big drops and work well with Canadian retailers on most other discs. Which brings me to the purpose of this review, on the last release of "Vault Discs" I had a unique and possibly problematic issue come up that Connor, on the customer service team, went above and beyond to sort out. This was a huge relief and builds confidence with shopping with them more in the future. Thanks again Connor!

1 star for website experience. This is not a customer focused website, they have attempted to put a cart holding system in place that has failed to deliver. I am excited to see how much these limited run discs will be for sale on the second hand market and look forward to never having one. The management at discmania needs to seriously focus on delivering a customer experience where it matters most and not lead to frustrating experiences. Take the time on your holiday break to come up with creative solutions on fixing this timed releases.

Just got my 2021 mystery box. Complete and total RIP OFF. 5 of 9 disc were drivers and 3 were the same driver!!! 3! Of one disc. And they were all basic discs that I can go get at my local play it again for $10-12. Magician, rock stars… trash. This is suppose to be 150% value. IT IS NOT. Not one signature disc in the box other than the new MD3 which is in every single box. False advertising and NOT worth $100. Never buying from the site again. Save your money.

Apparently this company is a joke. Send out mystery boxes just to up the price of their discs I believe. It's amazing to me that you have to add it to the cart and check out within 1/100 of a second. it's something goes on sale have it in your cart and yet come to find it sold out. Please explain to me how to purchase a mystery box of you guys if you have less than one 100th of a second to add it to your car and to check out! Your IT department should be fired. If something's in your car you should have enough time to check it out. Why give me 10 minutes on a clock timer to check out if I don't have that time!

Not sure why these reviews are so low. A growing business is going to have issues. These guys pour their hearts and soul into a game and business they love! Everyone that works there love to be apart of something bigger. The disc sales prove it! Most fun wins. THOSE PEOPLE WHO LEFT BAD REVIEWS ARE STILL BUYING DISCMANIA! Time to move on to the next shot. People also need to remember that there have been production and logistical issues in this time of the virus..

Dont let the low reviews fool you. Most of them come from people who are bitter about price gouging. They had low production because Innova controlled it.

Now, as of Q3 and 4 of 2021, they are releasing a new line of original discs that they and they alone will produce. So given their history, I would fully expect them to have more discs available more often.

My prediction for 2022 they will start to gain some serious moment and start looking to taking over discraft for #2 spot in disc golf disc sales.

Very poor delivery system. I live 1.5 hours from where everything is shipped out of. Been over a week for a delivery. The only shipping you could choose was a 1 day priority mail for 15$. CLEARLY NOT TRUE! They told me it would be delivered today friday december 4th with no package in site. Worst 100$ i have ever spent. Dont even know if i will ever get my package. Any other company ships items the next day or even the same day. Very disapointed with this company.
