Our first time here. Wanted to watch football and get a bite. Food was surprisingly good! Mimosas good. Service excellent. Lots of TVs. Layout of the casino is great. Decor is pretty. Bathrooms nice. We were very impressed.

This is the most beautiful casino ever, I've won plenty of times here. Great date night idea. They have a free drink station that is used and cleaned up regularly. It's impressive how clean this casino is. Feeling lucky...head over there now!

My 1ST time coming here today. I enjoyed a nice meal while watching all the NFL Games. The food, Customer Service and Drinks at the bar were all great. I had a nice time and shall return again soon for sure?!!!!

I was treated wonderful and so much respect I absolutely love this casino. I've travel from Philadelphia to Arizona just to go there. I didn't win much but I had so much fun. the food was amazing and so was the drinks. I would definitely go again next year.

I really do enjoy going here. The food is very good. The atmosphere is good, but I love to play video poker and they have those machines shoved off to a corner. And you feel so isolated. It's not like being out on the floor or around the bar. With machines that you can play, you have no other options been Then being stuck in that back corner.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Desert Diamond Casino that I feel needs to be addressed. While utilizing the complimentary beverage station as a Diamond VIP member, I encountered an employee who acted unprofessionally and made disparaging comments about my choices. Despite the station being open to all guests, this employee took it upon herself to complain to others that I took all the cream even I just arrived like 10 seconds. Such behavior is entirely unacceptable and not reflective of the customer service standards one would expect from a reputable establishment like Desert Diamond Casino.

As a VIP guest, I should be able to enjoy amenities without judgment or unsolicited comments. I believe it’s essential for Desert Diamond Casino to ensure that all staff members understand their role in providing a respectful and welcoming environment. I hope management considers additional training to prevent similar incidents in the future, as no guest should be subjected to this type of treatment.
