I cant speak for the rooms. We didn't stay in a room only ate and played. The casino is very clean and not smokey. The employees we dealt with were very friendly. We did have some luck on the slots. We ate at the buffet. It was ok.. the desserts were the cutest things but really should stay as an item to look at.

Always friendly,always clean, great selection of machines and tables. Food is great. Quick,good and inexpensive, go to grill. Free drinks too, give aways on Monday and Wednesday, senior day on Tuesday. Just to name a few perks.
Love that I can donate my " change " to charity, for their school.

It’s a nice spot, especially if you wanna get away just to yourself gamble a little bit maybe eat a little bit of lunch however be prepared to lose quite a bit and quite often. I’ve been going there over two years. I’ve spent a lot of money that has been taken. I’ve only won twice in two years and nothing more than $400 And all those giveaways you gotta be a lifer there in order to get entered into those things to win anything I remember showing up every Thursday for hours waiting to see if I get chosen for the jackpots. I will not be doing that again two years still haven’t won nothing

I always have a great time here and really enjoy the atmosphere and all the amenities they have to offer. The upgrades and renovations they did a couple of years ago still have the grounds looking top notch. I always see people winning on slots and table games which lends to a fun environment and enjoyable time for everyone. The staff is always helpful and can be found if one is ever needed. Will continue to come here and hope to hit a big jackpot soon.

Went to the Crab Buffet tonight for dinner. Our server Anna was very attentive to drinks and anything else we wanted. The buffet was very good. Nice assortment of vegetables, meats, seafood and desserts. I enjoyed the crab legs steamed with butter but they also had cold ones. Can't wait to go back!

Nice and relaxing day to enjoy vacation in here, Casino host Thania always very helpful and friendly, staff members are very nice and polite, these days slots machine are loose easy to hit free games Jackpot ….. Went Sept 19-22.Cant say enough of how great this hotel was. Went for a USMC reunion and everything was 5 star. From the facilities(very modern and new), staff( extremely professional and friendly) food(top quality), casino(any game you wanted, wether it be slots or table games, plus nice size. last but not least, pool was fantastic. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Tucson.

I'm a resident of Tucson, and I've been coming here since 2019.

And progressively over the years, things have changed. It's just went downhill.

The slot machines seem very tight... not really good payouts, for the amount that I and my wife are spending every day. It doesn't equate.

I play with my rewards card, and the perks are basic or insulting.
I spend quite a bit of money and receive only free food occasionally... it's laughable.

I've been coming here for years, and this week is my birthday week, and I couldn't even get a room comped for the weekend.

A lot of times, it feels like the host has their favorites...

People talk, and they've told me that they have received way better offers, comps, and perks from their host, and they have the same one as mine.

They have different tier levels for card holders, and it seems like the perpetual carrot dangle... as soon as you get close to advancing to another tier, they reduced the perks that you receive or the tier level bumps up another requirement that you're unable to reach.

I'm seriously considering driving a little bit further down the road to gamble in Tucson... Phoenix or Laughlin, maybe Vegas... they may treat me better ?.

I know it's called gambling, and you can't win every time... but the wins are so few and far in between that it has me scratching my head.

But good luck, maybe your experience may be better.
(But, don't hold your breath.?)
