My husband and I used Denon & Doyle for our wedding in August 2024 and had the most wonderful experience. From our first meetings with Sue one of the owners, to our wedding day, their entire team was communicative, they answered any and all questions or concerns that arose, and gave us a piece of mind that our whole day would have the kind of music and environment we envisioned for our wedding. On the day of, Ed our DJ, delivered and went above and beyond our expectations. He seamlessly transitioned between ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner party, and reception. He is amazing at reading a crowd, incorporating songs for all ages without staying in one genre, and kept everyone on the dance floor all night long. He was very professional combined with the perfect amount of light entertainment wanted from a DJ. We couldn’t recommend Denon & Doyle enough!

We recently had Denon and Doyle DJ our wedding at the Top of the Mark in San Francisco and they truly were the glue to our reception going so smoothly! Kevin was the DJ and perfectly worked off the list of songs we had requested. He was very professional and read the room really well when queuing songs.

We exchanged emails and phone calls with Sue leading up to the wedding who was so easy to communicate with and very helpful. Picking a DJ was something I was stressed about prior to deciding to go with Denon and Doyle but the second we decided on them, our stress just melted away. Sue took care of all the details and I truly felt like this was one wedding item I didn’t need to worry about going into our big day.

From the many Bar and Bat Mitzvahs I attended in the early 2000s to weddings now, they have always been the best!!! I cannot recommend Denon and Doyle enough.

I recently hired Denon and Doyle to provide DJ and photo booth services for my company’s holiday party. I couldn’t have been more impressed with the quality of service we received.

The DJ, Sabrina, was absolutely fantastic. She kept the energy high throughout the entire event, even during slower moments. Her music selections were perfect, and she was great at reading the crowd. I received countless compliments from my team about how much fun they had, and a lot of that credit goes to Sabrina.

The photo booth attendant, Jocelyn, was also wonderful. She was friendly, efficient, and created a fun atmosphere for everyone. The photo booth was a huge hit, and the props were a great touch.

I’m so grateful to Denon and Doyle for making our holiday party a success. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a top-notch DJ or photo booth.

Ed was a phenomenal DJ and MC, keeping the guests on the dance floor all night. George and Kathy ran the photobooth seamlessly, which our guests loved and took full advantage of. We hired DJ Simon, out of Denon & Doyle’s East Coast branch, for our wedding in June, and he was amazing to work with!! The rain was relentless that day and dealt him a hard hand (his extension cords were completely engulfed in a puddle), he was completely professional the entire time, he balanced our request list with his choices, and guest requests SO well, the night was an absolute blast!! The dance floor was packed, He did awesome!

Denon and Doyle were fantastic from start to finish!

First we coordinated with Sue, we had a very nice chat about what the event would generally need I think a few months before the event. Then we were given access to an online form, where we could fill out details, song requests etc. This was very helpful because it reminded us to think about things in advance that we otherwise might not have even considered.
Then we had two more chats, one about 6 weeks before the wedding, and one just a couple weeks before to finalize everything. Sue was delightful to talk to, was very helpful! She sent a reminder when I forgot to get back to her on something, and checked in to get final answers on things that we were still “maybes” on. She didn’t make assumptions about what we wanted, and went the extra mile for us to make sure we had considered everything! She gave very good advice and was totally on board for the music we selected. She clearly had a ton of industry knowledge, and general knowledge about music genres etc.
We were planning to have the ceremony outside, and the reception inside, but with the forecast for the wedding day being 103 degrees, we decided to have the whole event indoors. Sue accommodated us without a problem and even gave us a refund for the extra sound system that would have needed to be set up outside.
Day of, our DJ, Chad, was fantastic! He and his assistant (sorry assistant, I don’t think I caught your name!) were wonderful, kind, attentive and great fun! When we first arrived Chad came and gave Sam the lapel mic for the ceremony, explained how everything would work and checked in. There was also a stand mic for people reading quotes. The one little hiccup was totally our fault! We didn’t account for how much shorter the walk to the front would be indoors, since we originally planned for that part to be outdoors, and we walked WAY too fast. So Chad was only able to play about 1.8 seconds of that song, but the fact that he got it to be that long was a testament to how quickly he swapped to our song from the regular processional! So cheers to you, Chad! We bungled that and you recovered perfectly.
The sound system was set up great, everyone could hear us, but it wasn’t too loud. The mics all consistently worked, just no problems whatsoever. Chad was responsive to requests (we asked to turn the volume for the party a little, and he did no problem!) and was definitely adept at reading the crowd. Everyone had a GREAT time!
Chad did a great job reading the room, and went above and beyond. I would absolutely choose Denon and Doyle for an event again, and I would certainly request Chad again as well!
