This place is awful! Starting with a pregnant host who doesn't do a good job by assigning tables to their servers. She didn't say hi to us, no smile, and had an attitude.
Even though a few boothes were available, we were seated at the high chair table, and guess what? No one took our drinks or order for more than twenty-five minutes. I came to the host to find out what's wrong? She wasn't happy that I interrupted her chat on her phone and ran fast to the kitchen and disappeared there.
As a result, we decided to go to The Yard House in order to have a good experience. In conclusion, we will never be back and would not recommend this terrible place to anyone!

Joseph was fabulous!!! When the corporate office dropped my call and transferred me here and there to get a last minute birthday party scheduled, and no call back, I drove to this location and Joseph took care of reserving what I needed. Even went out of the box to make suggestions for me that made it easier. Corporate line dropped the ball and Joseph recovered it! This location provided excellent service. Titan was also so welcoming. Thanks, guys!

We came here for a celebration event.
And we got just that!
Drinks and appetizers were on a discounted menu, so that helped our party of 6!
Food was good, Drinks were good. Service was good. Adult friendly. Kid friendly.
Look forward for another celebration in the future @ D & B!

I brought a group of 8 to eat out. Honestly I've been here a couple times and every time the service is either slow or not that great of a vibe. This time it was great being taken care of by Haylee. She was on top of all questions my grandparents had, got our order in correctly and out evidently. If I can request a server when eating there she would be my go to.

I personally liked the appetizers as well as the voodoo pasta. I hope that helps as far as the food review goes.

Fun for date night or going with friends just don't eat here. Been here a few times after eating elsewhere just for the games and it's a good time. I ate here recently for the first time. It wasn't busy and got immediate seating. Got a burger and it did taste good but it was warm borderline cold while the fries were ice cold. Same with my wife her food was cold. I'll never eat here again what a horrible first experience

Very nice and fun . I'm giving this place 4 stars because It's the first place I go to that refused to give me a paper receipt. I think it's shady that I wasn't given my receipt. Is this a reason so you don't see how they jack up the price. Would like to hear from corporate office on the situation .

Service , hmmm . sat at the bar (15 minutes ) it just seem like I NEEDED TO WAIT ON HIM . Family shows up . Got the food order placed. Drinks were served. Never saw the waitress but once after order was placed. She came for payment, finally, and presented an amount to pay. We gave her a coupon before ordering which she took a picture of with her cell phone. We paid the bill, for our party of 10. We felt it odd that she was keeping her computer to her chest and did not share what we were being charged for. She was not showing us the BILL ON THE KEY PAD . Then she stated the tip was not included. We paid her cash and paid her what she asked for plus a tip. Feeling suspicious, I asked for a paper receipt . She returned about $60. She said she did not realize the tip was included. Upon looking at the receipt, total due had now come down $60 with the tip still included? The discount of 20% was now on the receipt. Its too bad, over all a great place for the Family and kids. Corp office is my next step .

The atmosphere was very upbeat. We were sitted right away. To start of our server ask for our drinks send someone else to bring them to our table so of course they were wrong. Then she came back and took our order. And again someone else dropped it off so we really couldn't tell her that it was missing some items we ordered. So we waited for our server to pass by to let her know what was wrong. Minutes later our items arrived. The price was high for the quality of food. Not quiet what we expected.
