The gentleman at the front was very nice and pleasant. He was kind enough to hold our bags for us while we played games (we were killing time before a flight) The bartender/server however was extremely rude. She was short with us and got an attitude with me when I was asking a question about subbing one of the sides for something else. After she had an attitude I was very taken aback and said to her, “My goodness,” to which she responded that she was just informing me. I told her okay, well you’re doing it like you’re angry with me. She never smiled, wasn’t pleasant at all and instead treated us as though serving us was ruining her entire day or something. It was pretty disappointing. The door wasn’t great either. I got the pasta and it was obvious it was microwaved or heated too quickly because the sauce was broken. It was just a greasy mess. Gross. I barely ate it. To have spent upwards of $300 in an afternoon, the entire experience was disappointing.

A fun spot for a date or family night out. I wish they'd replace the carpets or pay for a good old Stanley Steaming but it's an old familiar arcade smell that won't kill you. As far as arcade game options: they have classics like Dance Dance Revolution and Pac Man, and carnival style games too, along with some more modern games. The food is actually pretty good for an arcade, if you're into healthy foods you'll be limited to a handful of items but they are very good i.e., avocado steak bowl. If calories are unlimited, the menu has a lot bar style variety like wings, burgers and nachos. Our server Jojo was really nice and had great suggestions for our group. If you're looking for something different from the movies or bowling, Dave and Busters has you covered.

Just a fair warning! If you’re planning on coming here please eat before or bring a bagged lunch because they will serve you undercooked food! I’m writing this review on behalf of my pregnant friend who was serves a nearly raw chicken sandwich! To serve someone undercooked food is repugnant within itself but to someone that is pregnant !? Is unfathomable!! Whoever is responsible for this should rethink their life passions of being a chef or a cook! They are going to seriously hurt someone or worse have some experience salmonella poisoning! Poultry is the one meat that HAS to be cooked thoroughly and shows a lack of care of humans wellbeing when serving someone something so raw it could hurt them! Please investigate this! FYI: she ate over half the sandwich before realizing it was not all the way cooked!!! 😡 I’m very disappointed

Our server Emma was kind and told us about the special where regular drinks are half off after 10pm which was cool because I work the night shift and it's nice to know there's a place to dine . Our drinks were delicious ! We had the Dangerous Waters Island Punch and the Blackberry Smash accompanied by an order of Smash Burger Sliders and the Double Pepped Up Flat Bread.

Super great time. Good excuse to buy a drink and watch the kiddos plaaaay!! Went during the week and practically had the place to ourselves. No complaints with that.

Recently celebrated a special birthday milestone and it was an unforgettable experience. The moment we arrived, the vibrant atmosphere set the tone for a fun-filled celebration. The staff warmly welcomed us and made sure everything was perfect for the celebration. Also we indulged in some delicious food, drinks & desserts too. All tasty options and great appetizers to hearty entrees. It truly made the birthday celebration feel extra special to have staff care about our overall experience. This is a perfect place for celebrating young or old milestones.

You buy a season pass and stand in line every entry. You can only play certain games. “Ticket limit” is for games that pay out very few tickets.

I didn’t ask a lawyer to read me the fine print but paying more is a waste of your time. You also get 0 customer service for a season pass as it’s all through a kiosk.
