Great place to go to get a bite, drinks, and play a little games. Our food was good. Menu has a diverse selection - something expected for an entertainment place like this. As far as service, our experience was okay. They were probably short staffed that day. Overall, I wouldn’t mind coming back for a celebration event or something.

Well, if you're going there for games it's a good idea.
I went there for dinner my food didn't arrive until I reminded the staff several times.
The lead staff was extremely apologetic, that was refreshing.
I'd go there for "games and a meal" it wouldn't be my first option for just a meal.

I always come to the Fairfield location and have good service. Today was different and really upset me. I came in right before the Eagles versus Rams game. It was not busy yet so I figured my kids and I can grab food before playing some games. We sat in the section near the bar and the waitress serving the area didn’t bother to come to our table. She walked by several times and didn’t look our way. As we waited, another family came in and that server went to assist them after only a few minutes. I flagged someone else to ask for assistance and she went to get the manager. I talked to the manager and explained that we had been seated since before the game started. The manager on duty was remorseful and attempted to rectify the situation. Although the manager apologized, the server should have done the same. It may be a while before I visit this location again.

The service was not good. Sat us down at tables with food underneath and tables needed cleaning. However when pointed out it was swept and cleaned. I'm wondering why they would seat us like that? Took a while for them to take our order. We did not have napkins or silverware when food arrived so by the time we got them food was getting cold. Order was mixed up, they didn't know who had what. Food would have been good if it was hot. Mind you there were 3 people helping us....🙄 I must say it was not a good experience even though it was nice inside.

Service sucked. Brought out an app I ordered and food got cold before I could grab the bartender to get silverware.
Food sucked. Cold. Super processed and tasted like metal.
Drinks…. Weak.

Worst bar service I've ever had, if you can even get service at all. I've been here on weekend nights and weekday nights, and it's always one overwhelmed bartender soloing the whole bar or one bartender that moves so slow and ignores customers for as long as possible and doesn't clean up. It should not take over 20 minutes to get your order taken and get a simple drink. Table service is also lacking; they seem to have two waitresses for the entire dinning room and after being seated by the host you're lucky if they even come to your table within 20 minutes. Bathrooms are disgusting and it's clear that there is no competent management to hold any of the employees to basic hospitality standards.

Not the best service. They made me feel like an annoyance after ignoring me as long as possible. There was no one even there to distract them. When they finally did pay attention the service improved to being adequate. The wings had no sauce on them and seemed more like Buffalo flavored wings periods on the bright side during the winter. I'm sure this will keep the kids busy.

Greatly exceeded my expectations. We were seating quickly on a Friday night. So many options to choose from on their menu and the kids options were also great. The burgers were pretty good, I also tried the fish and chips, portions were big! My daughter loved her pizza. The ambiance was very welcoming, the staff was very friendly. It was great to have the arcade right next to our table, my daughter couldn't wait to play games. Everything was super clean, we can't wait to go back.
