He found us a great duplex, educated us on pros and cons of multifamily vs single family, possible rent values in the areas we were looking, and gave us a ton of advice on how to make our dollars go the furthest. We got the duplex under asking in a competitive market, Danny negotiated repairs to be taken care of by the seller, he was fast and efficient, super responsive to us, and worked hard to get things done right. Everything in this seller’s market was set up to be an absolute nightmare, but Danny helped turn it into a dream come true. Danny was one of a couple agents we interviewed when it came to selling our house, and boy did he stand out.. Danny helped us make a dream a decade in the making reality. Not only did he sell my home in an afternoon (first formal offer, at asking, before it was even shown thanks to his heavy social media presence...we took the second offer which was above asking and within hours of the first), but he also helped us navigate a purchase that others thought couldn't be done. Seriously, the realtor for the property said it wasn't financeable and didn't want to show me the property because it would "only get my hopes up." In literally a matter of days he solved the financing riddle that had kept the property on the market for several months...I like to think it was just waiting for us. He was there every step of the way for the closing of the old house and helped us jump every hurdle that made the new property look like less than a sure thing. He listened to each and every concern we had, of which there were many, and talked us down from the "ledge" more than once. He took the time to get to know us as a family, to understand our dream, and he dove in head first to make sure that dream became a reality. We are so please with our experience that we have asked Danny to come on board and help us plan out the future of our 10+ acres. We look forward to utilizing his keen eye for detail, exceptional ability to visualize what "could" be, vast knowledge of how to best utilize space and maximize property value, and his really cool drone!
