I have bought two of my guns there. The bolt of my 243 got damaged after shooting for 15 minutes. I when back inside and they replaced my bolt free of charge. The owner is a small town southern man helpful with questions about getting a new gun. Love daddy's gun shop.

It was my first time going here and I had gone with my boyfriend who had been in multiple times before. He had even gone in earlier that day without any problems. However when we went in this time we weren’t greeted at all. While there an employee had asked another customer if they had needed help but no one asked us. There was an older man at the counter when we checked out and he was very rude. He made it a point to say as little as possible which I found strange considering this was the same person who was happily helping the other customer. My boyfriend tried to make small talk with the man and was trying to be nice but this man was just not having it. It felt very discriminatory considering his attitude was very different between the other customer and my boyfriend who is member of a minority group. Later on we had called and asked for a manager to complain. We were out on hold for 8 minutes before we were hung up on. The rudest customer service I have ever encountered in my life. I’ve dealt with rude people in retail before but this really takes the cake. If you’re thinking about spending your money here maybe think twice.

Daddy’s has an excellent selection, extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. I’ve bought at least half dozen firearms and lots of ammo.Prices are fair and I love the outdoor range available to customers. I’ve never seen less than 10 customers shopping at any given time. A very popular place and if you visit, you will see why!
