Came into the store at 9:51 PM and they told me they don't sell passed 9:50 PM even though their open until 10 PM. Checked their website and it says open until 10 PM and no where does it state they stop selling at 9:50. Might want to add that to your website or just put you close at 9:50 PM. I was the only one there that they could have easily helped me get in and out within 5 minutes, but instead he tried to offer me a 10% discount if I came back. I mentioned I was from out of town and only here for tonight. As a business owner myself, it's just crazy they wouldn't even think about helping out a customer who showed up before their closing time. I know I'm just one customer of who probably doesn't matter to you guys, but maybe take this as a friendly advice and do better as a company.

Great experience from start to finish. The armed security guard and the African American Budtender were so friendly! We talked about sports cards and had some good laughs. When I entered to get my order I had placed on Leafly, Justin helped me out and was my Budtender. Justin and I hit it off because we were nearly the same age and had many things in common. He was genuine and caring. He went to grab the Alien Labs jar I had ordered initially, but asked if he could show me some other stuff in the same price range that he had tried personally and strongly believed in. He showed me some 1/8th jars of Herbloom Legacy Flower. He explained about the particular strains and showed me the cool features of the individual strains. I ended up choosing THE JACK by Heirloom Legacy. It had a very fresh harvest date and was packaged only 20 days prior to the store having it available. I went w Justins suggestion and did not regret it one bit! The quality of the bud was S Tier and I couldn't be happier with the service of the staff from start to finish. He even found a way to match my Leafly discount to the Heirbloom when it was not part of the promo. It was such a pleasure coming here. I generally don't write reviews when the service is good, but these gentlemen deserve to be commended for the time and patience they took to get to know me. I dont live close to this location but with service this great and bud this fresh, I wouldn't rule out making the long trip. Great Job Guys! Stay Irie!
