every time i have crumbl i'm reminded why they’re so media popular, these cookies are AMAZING! The staff is hard working and dedicated to making your experience good, the store is clean and professional, and there are self serve kiosks in the building so the bakers are not disturbed!

First time here. The experience was alright. Self ordered our cookies and then they prepared them. Not a lot of interaction with the staff. However it was very clean and I appreciate that. The cookies themselves were unbelievable and absolutely delicious. The French toast cookie was delicious and had the best flavor. Will definitely come back the next time we ate in Conway

Cookies tasted good. On the expensive side, which I knew before going in. Wanted to get a 6 pack of the minis split into 2 boxes for a birthday gift and one for myself. The employee told me I had to get 2 of the 3 pack minis and that it was the same price. Checked online and I could have saved $2 if I got the 6 pack. Guess they wanted to charge for the extra box.

Only real criticism I have is the friendliness of the employees. It felt a little unwelcoming and they weren't polite. I don't expect them to roll out a red carpet when I walk in, but I didn't get a single smile or a thank you. The employee just handed me my cookies and walked away without saying anything.

Customer service goes a long ways for me and I'm much more likely to frequent a place with friendly staff. The attitudes of the employees and high price makes me a bit hesitant to come back.

I had THE BEST costumer service experience. Levi is a great asset to your team. As a business owner myself I pay attention to how well the employees engage. Levi was helpful, kind and hardworking. I really hope the owner recognizes the importance Levi has to this business. I will be back!

These cookies are a bit pricey, but once you taste one you will know why. They are scrumptious. 1 cookie is enough for a desert, but I like to get 3 or 4 different ones and cut pieces off of each to have for my desert.
