I warn you not to go to this place! I brought 3 bags worth of clothes to sell even if they are in style and good brands. But they won’t take any of the clothes I provided. I trekked to this place with 2 trains and these bags were heavy. I don’t understand how they won’t accept any of my nice dresses and jeans that don’t fit me anymore. I even brought a jacket that costs me $300 and this place is a JOKE and picky! Not your time traveling and waiting! Don’t go there to sell your clothes even if they are in style and season!

Weird how I wrote a review how the staff threw my dinner away while it was on the “leave here” table. And now it’s gone..anyways… the staff could care less about the customer experience. Why would you set up a table where customers can leave drinks/food only for the staff to throw your things away. Haven’t been back since due to lack of care

6 people behind the register - everyone just talking, took 15min to pay for a single item with no one else in line. Why are there so many people behind the register with zero effort towards customer service? Decent product selection / inventory, but customer service was horrible.

Selling experience

My selling experience was overall positive. I brought a very large IKEA bag on a Wednesday afternoon around 4PM. It took over an hour for them to see me. I figured it would take a long time since it was the middle of the day and there were a lot of people ahead of me. You join the waitlist through a qr code when you enter the store. They will text you so you can leave your stuff there and come back when it's your turn. I decided to sit in the small waiting area and wait for my name to be called. I figured on my own that I should bring good quality clothing that are in season. They will not buy worn out or out of season clothing. I think because I had this in mind they bought most of my stuff. The brands they bought from me were for love and lemons, lazy oaf, pinkyotto, rat and boa, ragged priest, black milk, killstar, vintage, and a couple more. I'm taking one star away for the wait time and their pricing. They can't really help the wait time because of their limited space and the amount of traffic they get. You should get there before they open or not long after if you don't want to wait forever. They offer more store credit than cash, but I wish the cash was a little more. I brought three pairs of new ragged priest jeans that still had tags and they gave me around $7 or $8. I saw them on the floor for almost $40. Great deal for whoever buys them because they were double that when I bought them from their website. Next time I will probably sell my stuff with tags on something like Poshmark.

The store has a great selection of clothes! There are a lot of brand names and that does impact the price which is high. If you want to sell your items, it will be great to become familiar with what the trends are for that area before organizing the clothes you have to sell.

There needs to be more transparency in what to do, how you do it etc, make it easy for people to be aware, i waited over an hour for them to not buy any of my clothes also they DON'T DO DONATION, please let people be aware of the actual rules so they don't go waste their time, the employee knew it was my first time there, i had no clue what was going on and he said nothing but sign in, and someone will call you, if he would've told me hey the wait is lengthy, we dont take donations, we are looking for this type of clothes, it would saved me over an hour of my life, horrible customer service and horrible experience.

I waited three hours just to drop off clothes to sell. I got there and they only took 4 items for $20 dollars. I’ve experienced long wait times the last few times but three hours is too much. Not worth it

. Great prices. Gets way too busy on weekends Give the staff a vacation and a medal. They are Great on slower days LOL . very thorough when you personally ask them for help . love The jewellery just bought a Beautiful xx
